There were some kids in a game me and my native friend played, the kids were very rude and called my friend multiple racial slurs, including the n word, and after the game, we confronted the parents and confronted the management about the issue. The parents were useless in their own way and the owner agreed to confront the parents, here’s the twist, the owner and the mother of the racist kids were friends, buddy buddy, so there was no confrontation of anything, but rather a “friendly conversation” between the two by the looks of it. The kids were hostile towards the lady who was overseeing the game and were very impolite to her as well. If the owner can not learn to actually confront people, friends or not, you don’t deserve to be the owner. You should be more responsible and take action, not stand idly by because you know the person, you guys are lucky the other staff members are so polite, otherwise this would be a 1 star review. Do better Outer Limits.

I have only used the arcade and it has been great. They are quick to fix the occasional malfunction and keep the games running. Staff is attentive and helpful.
This place is enjoyable has good food the decor is amazing the service was good but it is a lot of money for me I quickly ran out of 20 dollar just for a small cup of quarters to put into some machines that don't work other then the pricing I would say this is a very enjoyable place

Definitely the best prices around, both in food and entertainment! Even though the economy is and has been crazy, their prices, professionalism, and friendly attitudes have remained the same throughout! Even when KFC is charging $25 for an 8 piece meal, they've kept their 12 piece meal for that price, and their food is MUCH better! They are always stellar and out of this world! As Sunday is our last day in Pocatello, we're really going to miss our favorite hangout! It'll be hard to find something that can compare to their level of awesomeness! Our family loves you guys, and WE SEE YOU! We'll definitely be back when we visit! Thank you for all the amazing times and memories!
