Went for the 'Date Night' play. So well done! Engaging, funny, witty and SO entertaining!! Lots of drink options, fairly priced with friendly, helpful staff.

I love going to The Palace Theatre. Always a fun time and the food is great. Definitely a good place to go for a date night

We've been to the Palace several times. The last couple of times were not good. The play itself was subpar, not funny and crass. The acting and singing, though it was obvious they had worked hard, was not up to previous standards. We ended up leaving before intermission. Good learning experience, but I don't think we'll be going back. Sad.

The Palace Theatre is AWESOME! I’ve been going to shows here for years and have never been disappointed. Food is great, staff is insanely friendly, and the shows are always super entertaining! This is the perfect place for a date night or an activity for the family. Highly recommend!

Last Friday, February 9th some friends of ours invited us to The Palace for a Valentines Day date. We live in Rigby and were not aware of The Palace, but thought we’d make the drive. We had the dinner with the show “The First Date.”The building was very cold making the evening uncomfortable. Everyone had their winter coats on. When I inquired about it, the Management said it was an old building, but much later the heater did come on but only for a bit.The meal was good, more gravy would have been nice as the chicken and potatoes were dry. The staff were great making sure everyone was served. We got there in plenty of time and waited until after 6 to be seated. The play was rated PG13 according to the billboard. Harry Potter is PG 13 and it is not offensive. The dialogue of this play was crass. They took many chances to throw out lines (usually regarding sexual body parts) to surprise the audience. Not funny, just poor taste. The play also mocks the Jewish and Catholic religion. We left mid way through the first act. Just could not stay. We tried to talk with management about our experience and possibly get a refund or credit. They refused. This isn’t the type of venue I want to support because of the play content. It could have been a better experience. It was an early night for us. Glad we had some good company with us.

We have been to multiple dinner shows here and always enjoyed them..... at least until last night. First Date was not a good choice for the first show to take my mother in law to in hopes of showing her how awesome the Palace Theater is. The description on their website indicates a PG-13 performance for swearing which I was expecting but it didn't mention irreverent until the description in the playbill that we read after we arrived. They forgot to add raunchy and mention that they mock organized religion, Jews and Catholics as well. If you are into that then you'll enjoy the show. If not save your time and your money. It was definitely not the kind of production we are used to seeing at Palace Playhouse. It was also frustrating to have our tickets show that dinner starts at 5:30, only to get there at 5:15 and be told seating would begin at 5:45. Actual seating time was after 6:00 but I could tell this was most likely due to a staff shortage which I know is a difficult situation. It just would have been nice to know seating and dinner are later so my husband wouldn't have had to leave work early.

Their plays are great, and so was the dinner!! They were able to accommodate with vegan and gluten free! They did give a couple appetizers (salad with meat, cheese) and cake with gluten/dairy. They could work on that part with dietary restrictions but the actual dinner was fantastic!

Overpriced and the food is always trash! We have been there several times over the years. Each time the food is worse than the time before and the talent gets worse and the price is more.... We won't be going back until they get better cooks that actually know how to cook a proper meal! They call themselves chefs, but seriously it's disgusting low quality trash. I love to support local but have a hard time with this one....

AMAZING!! So amazing I am going to make my husband bring me here for our anniversary in August! The food was amazing as well as the wait staff! And the show blew my mind! SO GOOD!! The set and costumes were incredible! The talent of the cast was top notch! Everyone should come here! If you live in the area get season passes! I had to drive 4 hours to come, worth it!??The concessions were inexpensive and the fudge......soooooo good! Don't even question if you should get it....get it.?
