We come to Palate often enough to be considered regulars and have never had a bad experience. We usually come for Sunday breakfast which is consistently good. I like traditional eggs and sausage. My wife likes the hash and egg sandwich. We occasionally come for dinner, and I like the Pork Scallopini, especially the cream sauce with capers. Service is good, and the portions are large--good value for your money.
I really enjoyed the environment because of its light, and fun aspect. Everything down to the water containers were fancy! The best part, it was not super expensive! I got the BBQ Brisket Sandwhich and the truffle fries. Both complimented each other very well and I’m FULL. The workers were so friendly and I just really enjoyed it!
Service was pretty terrible. Greeted coldly at the door. Server was awful and just kept making excuses. She got mad at us for getting creamer from customers at another table after we waited 10 minutes without it for our coffee.
Food was pretty good but came out cold.
