Doordasher shouldn't have to wait 40 minutes for an order to be finished. Tried calling and they can't even answer the phone. Once it arrived, we had to use our own pizza cutter to do what they should've done. Poor service, not impressed.

We decided to try them again after a few years. I was transferred to a call center where the woman barely spoke English. She did take the order but didn't ask me what toppings we wanted on our pizza. She was rude because I had to ask her to repeat things a few times because she was hard to understand. I cancelled the order and will never order from a Papa John's again.

Ordered online and built my own pizza. I assumed that, like other pizza websites, the default setting is normal cheese, so I skipped the cheese section. To my surprise, I received a dried out no-cheese pizza.
Do you know what happens to a pizza without cheese? The sauce evaporates, and with nothing to hold the toppings they fly off the pie and end up in a corner of the box.
Why on Earth would you make people select that they do, in fact, want cheese on their pizza? Why would you process such an order and not check with the customer to make sure they really want a terrible pizza?
28 frickin dollars and you deliver me nothing but disappointment. I'll never buy Papa John's again.

Also would be nice to not smell an employee smoking here.

Tried to order on line got no confirmation tried to call was on hold for 15 minutes. Went to the store, they didn’t have a or answering their phone while I was there! It took me 1 hour to get a pizza from this place 🤬🤬🤬 then the manager turned on really shitty music. Would not recommend
