The flavor is mid at best. I swear the only good thing is the cookie. But every time my boss orders from here we all end up sick the next day. I think the employees need a refresher in food safety. Because they are doing something to make people sick.?

Another disappointment! I ordered delivery through Uber Eats and the Pizza ? arrived luke warm and I had to reheat it in the microwave. So right off the top it was not good. I only live .5 miles away and it wasn’t hot. The delivery driver was hospitable and polite no problem there but the quality of the pizza was less than stellar. It was dry, not enough cheese ? and barely any toppings. I ordered pepperoni, black olive and mushrooms. They charge $1.39 per topping. Except for the pepperoni there was hardly anything (see photos). The pizza cost me $22.00 something after all was said and done and all I ordered was a 10 inch pizza. No salad, no soda… I thought I would try something different for once but after tasting that I’ll just stick with Big Foot Pizza ?. I get a 10 inch 3 topping pizza , 2 side salads and a large Diet Pepsi for $18 and change plus Big Foot doesn’t charge anything for delivery! Papa Johns better step up! Sad ?…

I love their pizza but the manager at the pocatello location is top notch! He took the time to help me out with issues I was having with an order I placed on their app that and did everything possible to accommodate me after the initial struggle of the order. Customer service was great!

Ordered delivery with special instructions that were offered on the menu. None of the instructions were followed. Pizza was not hot when it arrived. They offered to bring a new pizza but it's dinner time. Who has another hour to wait. It's a pizza how hard is it? Follow instructions the first time and deliver a HOT pizza.

Took 15 mins to order 2 pizzas on the phone after the website kicked my order but took my money and then when we went and picked up the pizza and brought it home there was no cheese except in the cheese stuffed crust the bottom pizza crust was paper thin barely any sauce on it and everything fell off like a soupy mess. I will never use this store again.

For 41.00 this by far was the worst pizza I've had, ordered the NY style the toppings were sparse crust was soggy and we only live 1.5 miles from the place and it was cold like cane out if the refrigerator i rated the atmosphere good cause I was at home I mean seriously I'll go get a frozen Tony's pizza before I'll ever order papa John's again
Driver came all the way to our house to ring our doorbell just to take pizzas back to the store with him. Our app said delivery completed. I called thinking there must have been a problem, when I spoke to the very rude manager Jesse who could've been male or female I'm not sure... the driver shouts out that it's my fault he didn't deliver the pizza. Nobody answered the door, so it's my fault. :) On my app I always have it set at "leave at door"!We will never use Papa John's again and I will contact corporate and let them know they have some real problems here in Pocatello. I did get the transaction voided but these ring videos will forever be in our cloud.... Thankfully! Don't waste your money or time at this place!

Blown away this cost $65. Medium cheese, large specialty and wings. If the pizzas were $20 a piece that means wings would have to be $14, astronomical. It's like they purposely rip people off
