Fair to decent food, but service was always lackluster, if not bordering on terrible. Once the place was put up for sale, they were always understaffed and totally unmotivated. Now that they're closed, I suppose that doesn't matter much, though...

$5-$6 for breakfast, veggie pitas, $6-$7 for meat pitas; and they're flipping delicious.

Pita Pit is awesome! Set up like Subway, except a lot fresher and a lot tastier. Also, I'm pretty sure this is the only Pita Pit in southeast Idaho.

My wife and I recently ate at Pita Pit for the first time, with our toddler in tow. Overall it was a good experience. When compared to comparable food options (thinking of you, fast food sandwich shops) the ingredients seemed fresher here, and they even toss your meat on the flat grill to get it nice and hot before adding to your pita. The quality of meat was notably superior; as in, it's not even a comparison. Portion sizes were solid and we all left stuffed. Note that the kid's pita and drink were massive for our toddler; my wife and kid could have easily shared a meal and still taken home leftovers. All that said, it is definitely more expensive than much of their competition. The price for the 3 of us was about what we would have paid at a moderately priced sit-down restaurant (not including tip). Yeah the food is higher quality and subjectively better, but you're definitely paying for it. Lastly, the parking at this location is terrible. Unless I'm missing something, there are about 3 curbside parking spots in front of the establishment, and that's about it. The conveniently-located parking lot adjacent to the building belongs to the neighboring gym. Not worth docking a star, of course, but it's worth noting.

Great food at a reasonable price. Was sad that they didn't carry Pepsi products though. Will definitely go again.
