Kid-friendliness: It has doors between there lobby area for pick up and the places you could sit so there is less of a chance of kids running into places they shouldn't be
Wheelchair accessibility: There werent any steps but I'm sure it would be a hassle to get through the doors if you are alone and don't have someone there to open them for you

So, the buffet, a joke. Stopped in for the Buffet figuring it would be a quick lunch, boy was I wrong. Took 25 minutes to get a pizza out on the hot plate. They threw two medium pies out that were the same thing you can get for the 2 for 14 special they have plastered all over the wall and charged us 35 bucks. If you look at the website it says the buffet has all the pizza hut favs, we asked and they said they don't do that at this location. Talked to the manager and she told us to cut her some slack on the buffet because she's trying to get it up and going, well it isn't gonna get any better with her in charge, poor waitress needs to quit and get a better job because she deserves a better situation if she's working for tips! When I questioned the manager she openly admitted the pasta had sat too long, the bread sticks were cold.
Anyone wanna train a pizza hut manager? I'm sure whoever owns the place would pay ya..

Show up about 1pm for lunch buffet that they say is available 11am to 2pm nothing available no pizza, bread or pasta waiting 30min before could eat ..girl nothing but playing on her phone instead of working fix this problem.. it's no wonder nobody wants to eat here very disappointed with in store experience

I ordered a pizza for my client for his lunch break and it was 30 minutes late. They emailed me a code for a free large pizza...let's try again...went to store and placed the order. Got the pizza took it home...all of the toppings are wrong and there is no sauce on it...never again.

Ordered 1 pizza, 1 pasta and a cookie dessert. Took 45 minutes to get my order just to receive an incorrect pizza... No problem, it happens. I call to let them know of the error and I was told I could get a $7 credit that I would need to use within 7 days. I ask if I can just get the correct pizza delivered and am told, with much attitude, "well yeah, but it's going to take at least 2 hours." I ask to speak to the manager and the young man that gets on the phone is rude and annoyed that I'm requesting to have the correct pizza delivered instead of accepting the credit and says yes, it will be at least 2 hours. When asked for his name I was told that he does not give that information. Super disappointed in the service. If you are looking for a delicious pizza and employees that know how to provide excellent customer service, I would recommend reaching out to Big Foot Pizza.

I ordered 2 pizzas for delivery and left 18% tip. 1 hour later still no pizza so I called and they kept hanging up on, so I drove down there where I was given 2 cold pizzas
