Didn't have a great of even good experience. I did a carry out order in the afternoon (weren't even busy) they gave me the wrong pizza and I live 20 minutes outside of town. Drove all they way back into town picked up the correct pizza and it still wasn't correct. Not the sauce I wanted or the crust that was asked for. Most definitely wasn't driving in again my family decided to eat whatever was fast and easy in the freezer. Not a good experience at all!

We came in for an early all you can eat buffet! They had a fresh hot cheese pizza put out for my daughter and the pasta was delicious!! We love all the white sauce pizza and the kind employees.

So I went to pizza hut before as well mostly during evening the people in there who served were good, this time it was Aubrey, she was extremely rude, vanished for 20 minutes before taking orders and had to ask one simple thing thrice before getting it, she was showing no interest in serving the food for us, for this type of behaviour, actions must be taken! And the other guy, I couldn't catch his name, I am assuming he makes the pizza (guy with yellow crooked teeth) he was absolutely ill mannered, since Aubrey wasnt there I asked for his assistance, he kept on making stupid irritating jokes, whatever I ask him, can u help us he says no then after few seconds says im kidding I adked would it be possible if u get us some glasses, he says no again and it was quite irritating Pizza hut should fire these two people as they were extremely ill mannered and unprofessional.

Kid-friendliness: It has doors between there lobby area for pick up and the places you could sit so there is less of a chance of kids running into places they shouldn't be
Wheelchair accessibility: There werent any steps but I'm sure it would be a hassle to get through the doors if you are alone and don't have someone there to open them for you
So, the buffet, a joke. Stopped in for the Buffet figuring it would be a quick lunch, boy was I wrong. Took 25 minutes to get a pizza out on the hot plate. They threw two medium pies out that were the same thing you can get for the 2 for 14 special they have plastered all over the wall and charged us 35 bucks. If you look at the website it says the buffet has all the pizza hut favs, we asked and they said they don't do that at this location. Talked to the manager and she told us to cut her some slack on the buffet because she's trying to get it up and going, well it isn't gonna get any better with her in charge, poor waitress needs to quit and get a better job because she deserves a better situation if she's working for tips! When I questioned the manager she openly admitted the pasta had sat too long, the bread sticks were cold.
Anyone wanna train a pizza hut manager? I'm sure whoever owns the place would pay ya..

Show up about 1pm for lunch buffet that they say is available 11am to 2pm nothing available no pizza, bread or pasta waiting 30min before could eat ..girl nothing but playing on her phone instead of working fix this problem.. it's no wonder nobody wants to eat here very disappointed with in store experience
