Went to go dine in, and there was a sign on the door. Couldn't dine in because they didn't have workers for people to dine in.

Not good service tried to call twice making sure it was delivering to my location gave me some crap about about door dash will deliver. And then waited an hour to make a third call to find out they changed it to carry out. Maybe hire better or more drivers might fix some things to deliver pizza not that hard. Thank god dominoes can make a delivery

Asked if they had specials and they said no. Ordered a large pizza and get there and a sign says buy 1 large get 1 large 1 topping free. The person who wrung it up said you had to buy 2. Then got home and called and said buy 1 get 1 free. They wouldn't make it right. Poor service all the way around. Not going back and not calling again. The customer is always right!

Pizza Hut in Pocatello is a garbage can. Two people dining in and dirty tables everywhere. Salad bar looked wilted and needed restocked even though nobody was getting salad. Salad bar completely out of ranch so they gave us to-go containers for our wings and charged us for them. Very poor service- not a single drink refill but didn't matter cause soda fountain was broke

Ordered pasta, breadsticks, and a root beer for my wife and I. Delivery driver only showed up with the pasta. When I called the store they said the only way I can get my missing items is if I go pick it up myself. At least they gave me a refund.

I went here the other night with my friends and we went in chanting, "No one out pizzas the hut!". We quickly found out that was not true. I asked the guy at the counter if we could split a pizza into two flavors. He said yes and we ordered. After sitting down we saw his manager get angry at him, saying they could not mix flavors. Apparently it doesn't cook right. It was annoying but we decided on one sauce and moved on. The poor kid at the front seemed flustered and his mamager was rude. After our pizza came out I asked for ranch. The nice guy at the front was going to get it for me, but not before his manager stepped in (a short guy with thick glasses). I only say that so whoever reads this knows who I'm talking about. Anyways, he didn't look at me, he talked through the other employee, eventhough I was right there. He said I would have to pay 75 cents for ranch. I didn't buy it. After messing up the pizza it is the least they could have done. In the end, the pizza was not great, the kid at the front was nice, and the manager was horrible. Hopefully the kid gets a raise for being kind.

Haven't ordered from pizza hut for years because there's better options. Sorry I did today. Food was terrible driver was great. Will not try again. Waste of money. Nobody could eat it, had to throw it away.
If I can give them no stars I would!! We ordered pizza last night and it was delivered and when we opened it, it looked like someone shook the box, so I called to complain they put me on hold for 7 minutes, so I hung up and called again and got put on an immediate hold and then told the managers we're too busy to talk, so I guess I'm resorting to doing it this way. I'm so pissed!!!!

945 South Ave Pocatello ID location, ABSOLUTE SNAKES. Rude and had my car TOWED two days before Christmas because I parked in the an unmarked Drivers’s Parking spot. Stan’s Towing was equally rude and I was charged double since it’s Christmas. DO BETTER, PIZZA HUT. Make it right and stop policing the parking lot- focus on your guests in your restaurant and making pizzas. I’m out $200- most expensive lunch I’ve ever had in my life and when I confronted the manager (Xander) he threatened to call the cops and make them remove me from the restaurant. YOU DON’T HAVE A LEG TO STAND ON IF YOU HAVE TO THREATEN TO CALL THE COPS! Do better, make it right, and stop punishing patrons for no reason. A simple tag or warning would have sufficed.
