I went for the Boba. My son loves it so was seeing what the hype was all about. The teas here are so tasty. They have alternatives to milk and you can choose your level of sweetness. They have 3 different bobas offered. I got the tapioca and was really pleased by the texture. Butterfly tea was such a delight to the taste buds! They use the clover app if you don't want to wait to get your drink or food made then order ahead!

I love all their drinks I've even tried a lavender drink something I normally don't care for and it was amazing I guess it's just quality ingredients or how it's made? Either way this is my new favorite place. I have to say I always look at where drinks and food are prepared and I really appreciate how clean they keep it, I wish every business that dealt with food and drinks took so much care.
This venue is amazing. It would be perfect for a wedding. The family rooms upstairs are beautiful. I think it had 7 bedrooms 4 baths a kitchen large living/ visiting area. And was very reasonable. The owners have done a great job revamping this historic building. Thank you for the tour Craig.

Staff is extremely sweet always welcoming everybody with a warm smile and saying goodbye to them when they leave the shop. The lavender milk tea is absolutely amazing and I will forever come back here for all of my boba wants and needs. Their loose leaf tea and options on the shelves are also super cute and make for great gifts!!

We walked into this clean, modern milk tea shop on a rainy day and ordered a cup of classic milk tea and jasmine milk tea. After taking a sip, my goodness, what is this? Where is the milk flavor in the milk tea? Whether it's fresh milk or milk powder or anything else, where is the milk in the milk tea? Aside from the taste of cheap milk tea powder, there is absolutely no other flavor. It's terrible, it's awful. From mainland China to Taiwan to Europe and then to other parts of the United States, I've been drinking thousands of cups of milk tea over the past decade, and this is even worse than the $1 street milk tea in Taiwan. It's truly terrible.

They have an excellent selection of flavors and styles to choose from and the boba was perfectly cooked, which means they know what they’re doing!Plenty of decaf options.The staff was very friendly and helpful in suggesting drink options and they clearly cared about the work they were doing.Overall, it was an encouraging and refreshing experience! I’ll definitely be back.Dietary restrictions: They had multiple dairy free alternatives for my wife!Parking: Street parking as well as a large parking lot behind the building.Kid-friendliness: Plenty of non caffeinated drinks kids will love!
