Ive tried so hard for months not to post on here negatively. However, I honestly do not understand why we have a sonic and fun menu items if they look nothing like the picture and tastes are cold, stale, gross, expensive for nothing. A few weeks back my daughter found a fly in the ice of her drink. Frozen! I keep reaching out each time and try to give the benefit to the workers... but seriously I think Im officially done with Sonic in Pocatello. My drink tonight looked nothing like picture. I corrected it and yet again it didnt look like the picture.

We ordered two dirty Dr peppers online, which we have never had an issue with before, but today they were absolutely disgusting. For $9.50 I’d expect at least a decent soda but the soda itself tasted off and there was zero flavoring in them other than an old lime floating on the top.. We don’t go through and ask for refunds EVER but again $10?? We decided to go through the drive thru and see if we could get them remade or refunded and were met with only attitude even after apologizing multiple times for being a bother. The manager working (idk the name but had a love tattoo on his neck and a backwards hat) gave us the silent treatment and basically threw the receipt in our face after once again we apologized. Safe to say we’re not coming back and recommend not even bothering when your food is messed up, you’ll just be met with nastiness no matter how respectful you go about it.🥲

First of all Everytime we go there our fries are always burned or they give us the bottom of the basket. We had 3 orders #1 no pickle or onions #2 no tomato or pickles #3 just a cb no pickles. All 3 orders were wrong.?

The wait was long and we were disappointed that the mozzarella sticks didn’t have marinara sauce included with them. The worker Kyrie was awesome! She was super kind and helpful. She went out of her way to go grab us some ketchup and extra napkins even though it was busy!

The food was not very good. The tater tots were burnt. The bread from the burger literally was falling apart and not even holding this stuff in the sandwich very very disappointed

Ordered 2 burritos in the drive thru. Customer service was some of the worst I've seen. The burritos were not full, and what was inside was unmelted plastic cheese. They were inedible. When you spend $5 on a burrito, you expect a burrito, not a tortilla with a slice of plastic rolled in it.
I am very unhappy with the quality of this food! Yuck! The tots arrived cold, stale and not full. Idaho is the land of potatoes 🥔 so there should be no shortage. Why weren’t they full and fresh? Sonic is only a block from me. I ordered through Door Dash bc I am disabled. It was $22 total. This food isn’t worth that! The burger was soaked with mayo which I don’t like and I didn’t see an option on the app that could remove it or else I would have. I had to scrape off the mayo and add mustard and plus the bun was hard and stale. This is unacceptable for the amount I paid. See photos below ⬇️. It’s disappointing to say the least. The best thing was the Diet Coke.. it’s difficult to mess that up. I would like someone from management to contact me about this issue.
