Ordered a burger and the patty was paper thin and dry. Chicken burrito was blah and barely bigger than a cigarette! Would not recommend wasting your money here.

It seems as though this place gets worse by the day! Today, my husband and I went through the drive-thru for 3 items. A Rt44 drink, received a medium, an order of mozzarella sticks... they were good, and an order of fries with queso on the side. Our fries were covered in sauce and definitely not on the side. We gave the girl $20.73, expecting a $10 bill back since our total was $10.73. She was totally confused and started counting change back to us. Then, there is no fork or napkins for the fries. We had to ask for the receipt since we knew what we ordered, and she wanted to argue. Last chance, Sonic.

Just went to sonic and the bottom of my daughter’s shake cup was split. When our carhop came back with my change he proceeded to accuse us of "poking the straw though the cup." I told him we didnt even open any straws and he said he would make a new shake. 12 minutes went by before I pushed the button and complained about how long we had been waiting for a replacement shake. A young lady rushes out with a new shake and expired coupons saying, “they accept expired coupons” and she was sorry about the wait. When we finally got home our food was cold and our fries were literally ROCK HARD!! I seriously just wasted $30 and am in a horrible mood when all I was trying to do was take my kiddos for a quick dinner, and milkshakes. We will never go back to this location again.

We mostly go for the half drinks and specials on the app. The drinks are great, but the food is average and sometimes cold. It takes awhile to get your food if you park. When parking, a lot more of my orders were wrong.

I was in just a few minutes ago pay $12 for two large shakes no call whip at all on top of them neither one of them were full one of them you can see was Halo in the ice cream milkshake was just around in the circle when I brought it to the window girl's attention she went back over and just filled it with vanilla ice cream so I pretty much got a vanilla ice cream for $6. I'll probably never buy a milkshake at Sonic again

This is the second time I have ordered a chocolate shake with reeses in it and both times I ended up getting a vanilla shake with reeses in it. Done at this point won't ever be a third.
One of my favorite fast food places that also has some delicious drinks and desserts. Try the cream slush, no longer on the official menu but they still serve it. The diet cherry limeade is great. The cheeseburgers are half price after 5pm on Tuesdays and aren't shrink sized.

The quality of their food has went down so much. Got a breakfast toaster. The sausage was barely half the size of the toaster and over cooked and dry. Horrible. Noticed a review previous to mine. It was very similar complaint . And sonic’s response was a number to call. But you call the number and it’s not inservice. And the establishment won’t answer their phone either. But the girl at the drive thru was very professional and courteous

Worst experience at Pocatello location yet! The coney and cheesburger were good, but the Supersonic breakfast burrito (have picture to prove) was half the usual size and only had 2 tots, egg cheese and steak in it and my kids shakes were 3/4 full and partially melted. On top of this, when I arrive the server had forgotten straws and picante(no biggie) politely retrieved, or so I thought, missing items. When I got home straws were there, but I was given mustard instead of picante! I regret tipping and/or even ordering from here.

We parked the car and order through the drive up order and waited 30 minutes, didn't get my food and try to call 2 times not answering. The 3rd time someone answered and ask what would I like to order. I came to drive thru to speak with a manager and she said they was really busy and I want I can just leave, she was yelling at me and told me that sometimes restaurant get busy and I know I work in a restaurant and within 30 minutes people have their drinks , appetizers , meals and even desserts. I used to love this food but it's definitely was my last time and I'll never came back to this branch. Really rude management, we don't deserve it
