Friendly staff that makes your order the right way, every time! When I say, “the right way,” I mean what you expect to get; not some watered-down old, burnt coffee.
The only bad thing about this location is the over-crowded parking, but that has nothing to do with the quality or service. This is my go-to coffee shop in town.
Parking: The other two businesses in the building are responsible for most of the parking issues because it appears the majority of Starbucks customers use the drive-thru.
Parking isn’t necessarily the problem, it’s that the lot is very small, cars are constantly pulling in and out, people are walking to and from their cars, and there is a busy intersection of two busy roads perpendicularly adjacent to the building.

Brooke is super amazing. I’m always asked how my day is. Coffee amazing they pay attention to detail. If Brooke wasn’t here I would be getting coffee somewhere else.Ask for Brooke. ☕️
My husband was just there to get a drink. He was given a drink that was not that he ordered. He asked for the drink to be remade and showed the picture of the drink he ordered. The barista argued with him and said she's knows how to do her job. Then refused him a refund. The manager had to be called over to give a refund because she would not. He's gotten this drink at this location several times and it's always been made correctly. He was not rude when asked for the drunk to be remade so I do what her issue was but the whole situation was ridiculous.

Rude and unwelcoming services. Waited over 10 mins for a sandwich that wasn't mine when we ordered 2, we stood there and waited And when the sandwich came out it wasn't ours. She said she only charged us for one.. We got 2 drinks and 1 sandwich and it was over $25. My biggest issue is the letting us stand there for 10 mins and not saying anything and when we go and get the sandwich that's when you speak.

This Starbucks on Alameda in Pocatello is in trouble. Sitting here inside and the entire inside of restaurant is waiting for their coffee. Some are saying they have been waiting over 30 mins. I have been waiting 10 mins so far. I got oatmeal and it was not hot and watery. They have a line of cars in the drive thru. It also looks like 9 mobile orders which are just sitting there. Clearly this staff is not handling the demand properly and prioritizing. This management needs to be changed and they need to rethink mobile ordering when they cannot even take care of in person customers. This is painful to watch. Epic fail!
