Rude and unwelcoming services. Waited over 10 mins for a sandwich that wasn't mine when we ordered 2, we stood there and waited And when the sandwich came out it wasn't ours. She said she only charged us for one.. We got 2 drinks and 1 sandwich and it was over $25. My biggest issue is the letting us stand there for 10 mins and not saying anything and when we go and get the sandwich that's when you speak.

This is the MOST consistent Starbucks location in Pocatello and maybe that I've ever been to. The baristas are incredibly friendly and no matter who is working the drinks come out perfect.

This Starbucks on Alameda in Pocatello is in trouble. Sitting here inside and the entire inside of restaurant is waiting for their coffee. Some are saying they have been waiting over 30 mins. I have been waiting 10 mins so far. I got oatmeal and it was not hot and watery. They have a line of cars in the drive thru. It also looks like 9 mobile orders which are just sitting there. Clearly this staff is not handling the demand properly and prioritizing. This management needs to be changed and they need to rethink mobile ordering when they cannot even take care of in person customers. This is painful to watch. Epic fail!

Love this store but sadly one bad apple ruined it. I've stopped going here because I don't know her name no tag but an older woman with blonde and teal hair has made it hard. Once she laughed at me basically implying I was stupid for a question in front of a customer who joined in. The last time I took my mom in with me for a drink and they were butchered no effort in presentations and they didn't taste great. Lyle and everyone else is great but she has soured it for us.

My husband was just there to get a drink. He was given a drink that was not that he ordered. He asked for the drink to be remade and showed the picture of the drink he ordered. The barista argued with him and said she's knows how to do her job. Then refused him a refund. The manager had to be called over to give a refund because she would not. He's gotten this drink at this location several times and it's always been made correctly. He was not rude when asked for the drunk to be remade so I do what her issue was but the whole situation was ridiculous.
