Shoutout to the awesome ladies working tonight (02/21/25 @ 7 PM)! I usually order my venti Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino® Blended Beverage online, but I decided to swing by in person today—and wow, hands down the best one I’ve ever had. You all crushed it!

I come into this store at least 4 or 5 times a week. I used to tip on the app until I started not getting greeted when I come in the door. Then if I do get acknowledged I go to the app and add a tip. Every single time I go in there they look at me, don't greet me, smile or anything. Today I went in there to get my venti with extra shot, the kid looked right up at me and didn't smile, greet me or anything. So I am not changing my tip today. I can't help but think they look at the order and if there's no tip they don't even bother with you. This is disheartening. I should be treated good no matter what. I hope they see this and know that I base my tip on the way I'm treated when I walk in the door and that I hope they start acknowledging everyone no matter what. When I was a kid I worked in customer service and food service , tips weren't a thing back then we were just grateful for the job.

On a recent drive-through outing with a group of children, I was pleased to encounter JoJo, who provided outstanding service. He adeptly tailored our orders to exclude caffeine and for me? suggested the new chi pumpkin latte iced, a recommendation that resonated with my previous beverage selections. JoJo's patience and courtesy while distributing our drinks were commendable, highlighting his expertise with the menu and setting a new standard for my Starbucks experiences.
Easy access to wifi, quick easy access to plug-in for my laptop. Fast service for my drinks and food. Helpful, courteous employees for all my needs. Relaxed environment for the task I needed.

We had the unfortunate pleasure of witnessing a grumpy guy hassling the manager about a drink he never ordered. She was beyond polite and explained that there wasn't anything she could do about the situation and he was still a pain. My boyfriend and I wanted to step in, bjt she remained calm and had a great sense of humor. The whole staff was polite and efficient! This store beats many of my local ones back in WA!

Very saddening that they change their time and when you open used to open up at least at five or I know it’s for sure 530 cause I’ve gotten coffee before work now I really need you and I can’t even get my coffee before I show up at work at six really makes me think maybe Starbucks is not worth it because I’m not spending the money and when I really need it it’s not there really unhappy probably not gonna go to Starbucks again for a while, because 6 o’clock to open it’s ridiculous
