UPDATE: location still can’t get my order right no matter what I do no matter what I say, and judging from all the other reviews, it looks like the owner gives every single person the same robot automated response and doesn’t seem to really give a shit that their business is being ran by incompetent people!!! Do better!! Maybe as the owner actually respond to any of the reviews personally and in your own words and try to run your business better??!!!! Just maybe?

Every single time I come to this location, they get my drink wrong, remake the drink and remake it poorly. I don’t know if it’s because they’re mad at my husband for asking them to fix it, but I get an ice shaken espresso customized with a pecan cold foam top and order from the app. My husband gets my coffee for me before he heads to work. Whenever they are asked to remake it, the cold foam is not whipped enough, and I go to mix my drink, and it melts completely into the drink😫😫😫 I order the same exact thing every single time I order from Starbucks, regardless of which location I’m at. I just want light ice. I don’t care if it’s melted after five minutes. Light ice doesn’t mean half full ice or more.

WORST coffee shop in town, no ONE OF THE WORST RAN BUSINESSES AND EMPLOYEES I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS!!! Would give negative stars if could!! Straight up Pathetic and incompetent employees!!! 10 times out of 10 I come in for an online order I stand there for 15mins even though they have had the order for 10 mins prior and can see half of the order just sitting on the counter getting cold or warming up while 5 to 6 employees just bounce around not completing orders. They warm up the sandwichs and set them on the counter for over 15 mins to get cold and walk off not makin the drink...Its like they are trained to only complete half an order then move on. Terrible employees, service and business practices!

To the employees working Sunday, November 9, 2025 at this location.... I just wanted to say thank you so much to the nice woman who helped me out and actually offered to make my drink when I showed up to the wrong location to pick up my mobile order(yes that is my mistake not theirs) but she kindly offered to make my drink... to the other woman (I so regret not getting your name) who didn't even want to help me, tried every excuse in the book not to make my drink and then was super rude handing me my drink and also when I asked for water. Seriously do better, I do not need your attitude or rolling of eyes at me. I will definitely not be back to this location especially if she is working.

Wow, just wow! The ladies working today, 9/8, at around 2pm made my café experience a 10/10. They greeted me as I walked in! They gave me a perfect fall recommendation drink, which tasted amazing. And to top it all off, I had an amazing message written on my cup! They definitely gained a new customer, and this will be my go-to Starbucks from now on! Best experience I’ve ever had at a Starbucks!

My drunk tasted good but they didn’t fill up the cup all the way. 1 inch of the cup was empty. If I am paying $6 for a coffee I expect to get the size I paid for. Don’t do this to your customers! Especially in this economy.

The environment at this branch is terrible. As a paying customer that goes to this branch at least 5 times a week (spending close to 300) a month at this branch on coffee, I’d like my coffee how I order it. It shouldn’t be that hard, nor should I feel like my order is an inconvenience. like I said I spend a lot of money there (at least $20 a day) I work hard and ALOT of hours a week probably at least double what these girls are working and I still couldn’t imagine being rude and ignorant. This is where I chose to spend my allowance but not anymore. I’ll go to a different coffee shop from here on out.

Shoutout to the awesome ladies working tonight (02/21/25 @ 7 PM)! I usually order my venti Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino® Blended Beverage online, but I decided to swing by in person today—and wow, hands down the best one I’ve ever had. You all crushed it!

I come into this store at least 4 or 5 times a week. I used to tip on the app until I started not getting greeted when I come in the door. Then if I do get acknowledged I go to the app and add a tip. Every single time I go in there they look at me, don't greet me, smile or anything. Today I went in there to get my venti with extra shot, the kid looked right up at me and didn't smile, greet me or anything. So I am not changing my tip today. I can't help but think they look at the order and if there's no tip they don't even bother with you. This is disheartening. I should be treated good no matter what. I hope they see this and know that I base my tip on the way I'm treated when I walk in the door and that I hope they start acknowledging everyone no matter what. When I was a kid I worked in customer service and food service , tips weren't a thing back then we were just grateful for the job.
