I come into this store at least 4 or 5 times a week. I used to tip on the app until I started not getting greeted when I come in the door. Then if I do get acknowledged I go to the app and add a tip. Every single time I go in there they look at me, don't greet me, smile or anything. Today I went in there to get my venti with extra shot, the kid looked right up at me and didn't smile, greet me or anything. So I am not changing my tip today. I can't help but think...
