But the service and attitudes of the baristas, and the kindness and focus on making everything delicious for us is unmatched at this location.We appreciate the whole crew (today’s especially) and will be back because you make it a delight to want to come back.Today’s order: iced brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso (with cinn cold foam), impossible brekkie sandwich and sausage egg & chz.Kid-friendliness: Tables and atmosphere are def kid friendly. When I got to the bottom of my drink I found the seal from the almond milk container. I've never had any issues with this Starbucks before. Could have just been super busy, got a little sloppy.

I went through the drive through this morning and the person who took my order ( I believe their name was Crystal) was so kind and professional. I was so impressed and it was a great start to my day! Thank you!
These Baristas know what a long shot is and that is something that very few Baristas know they need to step up their training and nobody asked for Long Shots anymore but there's a few of us that have not died yet and we still want that particular

They couldn't communicate well at all.Perhaps they were new or short staffed... but the guy only heard every few words, once a separate girl got on and asked what I just said, no idea where she came from or went, he kept muting his mic while helping at the window instead of talking to us, the ones trying to order three foods and two drinks. Three separate times he muted and disappeared.Ultimately I even got the wrong drink ingredients and size cup..Until we got to the window we had no idea why he disappeared and came back and asked us to repeat our entire order several times.I felt Zero respect or customer service perspective from this guy or the people I found see in the window.A simple "pardon me", "excuse me a moment" or even a simple "I'm sorry I was helping some one else" was definitely supposed to of happened and the most important part was missing also, a smile.I've never felt less respect at a Starbucks than that day.. Infact this was the only time Starbucks had been this way, I supposed to be fair I've only visited Starbucks within Washington,I was so happy to finally see a Starbucks after 4 Days on a Road trip in the middle of nowhere.And then was sorely disappointed in the service I received and regretted Desiring or searching for a Starbucks at all.Avoid this location if your expecting a happy face or to be spoken to like a decent human being.I'm from the Seattle Tacoma area and this place was the worst Starbucks I've ever encountered.

I wish I knew the name of the girl that took my order a few weeks ago. I was on a long trip, but wanted to make sure to come back for review. Her friendliness and energy level was phenomenal! I worked in fast food for over 6 years and could hardly think of someone comparable to her immaculate performance! Very pleased with service! I'll know where I'd like to stop on a return trip!
