I love going to the coffee shop, the employees are great, possibly students, they always remember my name and make my coffee experience the best.

It's a great study spot and the people are all nice but they consistently don't fill up the drinks to the full size you order. My drink was half foam with a bunch of space at the top and tasted off like they forgot the syrup (I just ordered the basic matcha, no add ins or extra anything). This is never an issue at any other Starbucks or other drink place I've ever been to but it's a consistent thing at this location. I don't know if this is a failure in training or a purposeful thing to save on materials but either way it sucks. I hope they fix this because I like studying here but it's a waste of money to actually buy anything because you don't get what you pay for
Ordered a grande and they only filled it 3/4 the way. $6 for ten ounces of drink? WTH.

One way to lose customers is by making them feel bad about their presence. It’s easy just stand around making insults.Ironically this place has people working who belong in a circus side show. I mean everywhere these go people must wonder if there is any food left on the menu!

I've been coming here since I'm a student but today, I had a really rude cashier, like she couldn't be bothered. Didn't listen to my order and put extra shots of sweetener. I asked for ice but it was still too sweet. Then I realized that they had put 5 shots instead of 3. The same worker couldn't have cared less and just added more ice without apologizing and making me a new drink. I also paid for another espresso shot to fix my drink myself. Starbucks isn't cheap, so to get service and not what I want, it's ridiculous. I wish I had talked to the manager or called them out for not remaking my drink.
