Discovered an outstanding Starbucks! The staff is remarkable, going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. When I lost my card, they accompanied me to the drive-thru to help search for it. Boulder, an employee, was particularly engaging. They made an iced drink for me at no extra cost when my husband requested a frappe instead. The manager, Libby, heads a team that is genuinely committed to providing exceptional service. Boulder is who I had the most interaction with. He emphasized that every team member is hardworking. Boulder has such a great Aurora and energy. This Starbucks is a true gem!

I stopped by to get a drink in drive through last week. I asked the girl at the window if they had boxes I could take. She said she didn’t have any at that time but took my name & number to call when they did. Sure enough Miya called & was really nice & helpful. I stopped by this morning & was greeted when I walked in. What a nice start to my morning. Customer service is not great most places these days. Easton asked how I could be helped & I said I was there for boxes. Easton went to the back & grabbed them & helped me load them into my car. What a great employee! I don’t go to Starbucks often but when I do, I’ll go to the Benton location. Thank you all for your kindness.

Ordered a drink and food on app to pick up in drive thru. Was told by manager that I interrupted their “flow” because I went thru drive thru 2 minutes before I was supposed to. ??♀️ only my second time using app and didn’t realize I had to time things correctly. No one in front of me and no one behind me for the first minute I sat at pickup window. Food wasn’t ready—had to wait for it because they forgot it. Feel like I got blamed because they dropped the ball. Needless to say, I’ll stick with the friendly folks at the Albertsons location or on Alameda for my coffee fix. Will not visit this location again. And will think twice about using the app—don’t want to interrupt their “flow”.
Jacelyn at the front counter took great care of me and got me my drink super fast! She deserves recognition for her hard work and her friendly attitude. So glad that I have a location closer to my house. Set up is cozy and nice to sit in.
