Brandon and Keon are AMAZING! They’re hilarious, really cared about making my sandwich quality, honestly made my day so much better. They deserve a raise. They are so genuinely happy and kind. Great service. Best experience I’ve ever had at a Subway hands down.

Terrible experience from start to finish. I placed an order online, arrived at the restaurant, and was told there was no record of it. Instead of trying to sort it out, the staff was openly rude and unhelpful. To make matters worse, they kept my money and gave me nothing in return - no food, no refund, no apology.
This is not just poor service, it's completely unacceptable. If you're thinking about ordering here, don't. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment and go somewhere else.

We placed an online order, but when we got to the restaurant, they told us there was no order for us. Instead of helping, the staff was rude and dismissive. To make things worse, we were still charged even though we never got our food.
The whole experience was frustrating and unprofessional. I'd recommend avoiding this place - trust the other reviews and save yourself the trouble.

I Ordered 2 foot long sandwiches online from this place and got one and a half of my order. The workers said they ran out of the meatball marina, and I still was charged for two footlongs. I asked if they could rectify this, but was told they would have to call the district manager, and I would have to wait for him, or her to come down from blackfoot. What got me to this point is that the employees said they couldn't even make me a 6 inch of a different sandwich to make up for the lack of 6 inches of the meatball marinara I ordered. I'm not happy with that.

Went through the drive-up. Ordered an All-American club with extra meat. Pickles, banana peppers, tomatoes and little bit of lettuce. The young lady asked me to pull to the window. Re-took my order and even wrote it down. Had to come back twice to verify and when I went to pay with a $20 bill, she stated they DIDN’T take cash. I was floored. She said her managers was gone for 20-30 minutes and all they could take was credit cards. WOW!!! Not sure if that is a manager issue or staff. But, I still got a screwed up order I had to use a credit card for. No more stops at this joint! Sad!

into this Subway on March 24 during late dinner hours, expecting a normal meal—but instead, I witnessed one of the most unprofessional things I’ve ever seen in a restaurant. One of the employees, a girl with short black hair, was loudly talking about substances right in the middle of the store while on the clock. She was having this conversation with a coworker who clearly looked uncomfortable, yet she kept going as if it was completely normal to discuss something like that in front of customers.
This is beyond unacceptable. Families, kids, and paying customers should not have to listen to that kind of talk while trying to eat. It made the entire atmosphere feel unprofessional and honestly, uncomfortable. To make it even worse, there was a sign claiming this location is a “drug-free atmosphere” what a joke! If that policy is actually enforced, I sure didn’t see it.
The fact that management allows this to happen makes me seriously question who’s in charge here. This kind of behavior does not belong in a food establishment, and I sincerely hope action is taken to ensure a more professional and welcoming environment for customers in the future. Do better.

On 3/27/25 at approximately 3:45pm I stopped into this Pocatello location (my first visit to this particular Subway) to order my sandwich of choice, #42, Chicken Salad Sandwich. A sandwich where the picture shows mayo mixed into shredded chicken. I told the male employee (who was working on this time and date), this was the sandwich I wanted.
He place the flat bread on the counter and began loading unmixed shredded chicken on the flat bread. Quite a bit more chicken than I was accustomed to, but as Chick-Fil-A says, “eat more chicken”. So here we are.
I asked for a couple of bacon strips to be added of which he placed two cold bacon strips on top of the mound of shredded chicken meat. Heated bacon would have been better. But I didn’t ask and he didn’t offer. Followed by the requested American cheese.
I asked about the mayo and mentioned the mayo was usually pre mixed into the chicken. He said, “it does come with mayo.” I asked why it’s not mixed into the chicken as the menu illustrates. Then he gave me a disappointed look like a child gives his parents when asked to do something he doesn’t want to do. He grabbed the mayo and no joke, emptied 1/2 of the bottle on the sandwich. Completely covering the meat, cheese, and bacon.
If I had tried to eat this sandwich everything would have slid out the bottom faster than a baby from its mother’s birth canal. But probably would have looked no different.
I asked why it wasn’t mixed, the employee said, “mixing the meat and mayo creates waste and we don’t do that at this location.”
Super frustrated and considering the state of the mayo plastered disaster I told him I did not want that sandwich. He said, “that’s fine” and threw the sandwich in the garbage completely discarding the chicken meat, bacon, American cheese, 1/2 of bottle mayo, a sale, and a 5-Star review. Going for employee of the month? Great job with waste management!
He did not offer to make the sandwich as shown on the menu, did not offer any other sandwich, he just proceeded to clean up the white mess as fast as a teenager after happy time.
Thanks for at least having soft cookies, but full cookies would have been great. When we opened the bag of cookies, some of them were missing 1/2 of the cookie. I bet Mr Tantrum pants is sitting in the corner eating the other half of our soft, over priced cookies. You’re welcome.
The female cashier said nothing, as I paid for my kid’s sandwiches, the cashier asked if we wanted to leave a tip, Of which I responded, “hell no!” In what world would this have been an appropriate time to leave a tip? You already kept 1/2 of my cookies!
I will not return to this location. I don’t recommend it to any one. There’s other locations that I’m sure will treat you better and make sandwiches as advertised by Subway.
I’ve never experienced such horrible service. If you don’t believe me, it’s all on the security cameras.
For your consideration.

The ladies who served us were very friendly and personable. The subs were very good. They had run out of ham and turkey, but we didn't mind.

Tried to go through the drive thru but no workers were watching the drive thru...none were visibly seen through the windows. As I drove thru I could see one sitting in the back on her phone. I have a picture if the manager of the store would like to see. When I went into the store three of them came out from the back and one of them mumbled something about it not working. I'm sure they're nice girls, but I would want to know if I was a manager. They did, however, do a good job with the sandwich.
