Came in, no one was there, waited a bit, a girl came up texting, sat in-front of us leaning up on the counter, kept texting for 5 more minutes before moving up to the assembly line / bar & kept texting we ended up just leaving.

Whew! That was the dirtiest, most disgusting Subway I've ever seen! The bathroom hasn't been cleaned in years. The whole place should be condemned...
The time I went there was no white bread or olives. It was a sad day to get subway.

Ordered the nachos. Listed price $5.
Ordered the pepperoni dippers. Listed price $3.
Ordered a M drink. Listed price $2.59.
The server, who was alone, could not find the nachos, never mentioned same situation for the dippers, on the register. Told me he would ring it up as a ham sandwich as it was close in price. I didn't think anything of it at the time.
Took my food and went home. I checked my receipt later.
Was charged $5.99 for the nachos, $0.99 more than the list price. Was also charged $5.99 for the dippers, $2.99 more than the list price. Which he neglected to tell me he was going to do. He also neglected to give me the dipping sauce for the dippers. Which is arguably the main part of the dippers.
All told I was charged almost $4 more for my meal than what it should have been.
On the plus side, the soft drink was excellent. But then again, that was self serve.

Employees with no hairnets or hats, floors and table weren't just dirty but were a disaster, and one employee was so high he couldn't even spread guac on another customers sandwich....and on top of it all the only extras I got was bacon and somehow my sandwich went from 12.49 to over 18 dollars

We have placed to go orders before and the food was okay but they have either left things off or barely put any sauce on. This last time we were out of town and accidentally placed the order right before opening, we called 10 times between 10am and 8 pm and they never answered the phone. I had to go in the next day because they still wouldn't answer the phones. The employee called the manager right in front of me and they said they would be in the next day and would take care of it, and to get my info and order number. Next day, no call, no refund. 2 days later I had to call back to back 4 times for them to answer and had to give them all my info again which tells me they most likely threw my info away and hoped I'd drop it. The manager was super rude and annoyed with me but took my info to pass on to her manager to see how to resolve it. The assistant GM called me and said I could come in for a cash refund the next day. We have a new born so I sent my husband and the assistant GM was extremely rude and condescending, lied saying we have not picked up our orders several times which isn't true and then scolded him saying if it happens again to call right away so she can resolve it right then. When he reminded her that we had called all day long with no answer, she then got super defensive and snippy saying they were too busy and couldn't hear the phone. She lacked all tact and took no responsibility. I understand it was our fault for not double checking the address before submitting the order but could have been easily fixed had they just answered their phones. I wouldn't even be writing a review had it not taken 6 days to resolve and her being so rude. Bold on their part considering we have 3 subways in a 3 mile radius. Definitely will not be returning.

I ordered from door dash and can say that I'm very disappointed. The ingredients were just thrown on my sandwiches with 2-3 parts of the sandwich having a giant amount of green peppers or olives or even salt. You can no longer give special instructions so I can't ask for light sauce or light green peppers. 1 star, I knew it was a mistake to order subway

Worst food I have tasted from subway,, bread was hard and over cooked I didn’t get my double meat or sauces I wanted cookies were as hard as a rock I’m very very upset with the food quality!!!

By far the most inconsistent subway I've ever been to, want 50% more meat don't order it off the app because you'll be wasting your money, want a specific sandwich also don't order it off the app because you'll get stuff you didn't even want on it and not even all the toppings you wanted, I've given this store so many chances to redeem itself and yet nothing has changed so never coming back.

Service was fantastic the man’s face tattoos couldn’t hide his big smile and welcoming attitude. Food tasted fantastic and he made sure we got every vegetable we asked for. He even toasted our sandwich for half the time as we requested. Was very satisfied with the service at this location.

You spend $13 for a sandwich when you can go out somewhere else and spend $13 and get a whole meal. And then you get this shitty ass sandwich that tastes horrible and they don’t have their vegetable stocked up or nothing. This is the most horrible sandwich ever for $13.
