Me and my boyfriend went in and the worker was so disrespectful. My boyfriend kindly asked what is that and pointed to it. The worker angerly said ITS CHICKEN!. That was the first incident. The second was she threw our cup at us and also our sandwichs didn't even wrap them up right or sticker them. She was so disrespectful.

Ordered through the app and told it would be 15 minutes. Show up at the store, and the sandwiches are not done and haven't been started yet. Multiple people came, ordered, and left while I was still waiting. My wife came in and got in line, and they still wouldn't start our food with her in line and worked people who again came in after her before they would work on our food. Our 15 minute sandwiches ended up taking 45 minutes.

Me and my girlfriend ordered from here, we got two drinks, two sandwiches, and one bag of chips. When it arrived we only had our sandwiches. To make it even better my meatball sandwich only had one meatball! I used to have no problems with this place as compared to the other subways but now I'm starting to see where the bad reviews are coming from. P.S I love you guys ignoring the calls about our complaints.

The workers are very nice I have no problem about that. The only thing is that when i went in an employee was making my sandwich. Another employee was barely coming into work and he went straight into grabbing the veggies and touching where they make the sandwiches WITHOUT WASHING HIS HAND and with no gloves. I’m sorry but I personally think that is very gross wouldn’t eat sandwich if he had made it.

This subway is really good! Their sandwiches are always made properly and I've never had the same soggy sandwich issue that I've had at other Subways. The employees are very nice and helpful and the space is always clean

I like the way the menu is set up more now than ever! It seems like there is more meat in the sandwiches. You can order the sandwiches and still add on the vegetables and condiments of your choice.I LOVE THE COUPON FLYERS SO I GET DEEP DISCOUNTS ON THE SANDWICHES!!Thanks Subway!!
This is by far the best subway in Pocatello. The service was great. The sandwiches were great. Store clean. Even had fresh cookies. The employees were wearing their uniforms and looked professional. Thank you. We will definitely be back. Thank you.

Absolutely wow! I have been so frustrated with other subways but the girl working on 6/27/23 at 10am was incredible. She listened, was friendly to talk to, and did everything without me correcting her. I was so pleased that even when she said there weren't any pickles, I didn't care. She was so sweet and actually seemed to like her job. Definitely made my morning or even my day actually, a billion times better. 10/10I tipped $5 but I wish I tipped more cuz it was delicious! I'll be back for sure!

Today I came into the store and what I saw was absolutely not ok.The assistant "manager" Trinity yelled at the younger employee when his phone went off and as he went to turn it off she yelled at him she then proceeded to send him home keep in mind the store was packed and everyone seen how she treated this poor boy. How she still has a job there is beyond me especially because she is the one who is suppose to be setting examples not mistreting her employees/coworkers.

Wasn't a bad experience, although nothing happned to make it a perfect experience. It was good customer service, friendly atmosphere.Parking: It shares location with another business although they do have adequate parking, even if the parking lot is a little bit on the small side.

Worst subway in town! Works are rude, don't want to be there. Throws ingredients on there in bunches, doesn't spread them out. She put the whole salt lake on my sandwich when I said salt and pepper. Can't even eat it because it's too salty! Told another lady in line "no" that she couldn't have more mayo on her sandwich. No sandwich artists here. Just grumpy, slow, employees taking their anger issues out on the sandwiches and customers.
