They always take so long when making the food even for customers in the drive thru. I don’t think I’ve ever been out of there in less than 30 minutes even when picking up a online order that was supposed to be done 20 minutes before I got there (and did say it was ready online).

The reason I’m giving 2 stars is the people working there are always usually alone and overworked and have angry customers and it’s not their fault. Honestly, I think the SUBWAY® itself could do much better as far as I’m concerned there is no reason for these poor people to be alone and have to be berated by customers because they have no control over the scheduling. However, these people are incredibly friendly and always get my order correct so good job to the employees shame on you subway for making these people be overworked and underpaid and I have worked at a subway so I know they’re underpaid

If i could leave a 0 star review i definitely would. Everytime I go to this specific location it is the worst customer service I've ever seen. How the manager still has her job there is Absolutely unbelievable. I will not being going to this location at all anymore. Corporate needs to address the manager here and get her nasty attitude in check. One time my family and I got accused of taking there tips when WE LEFT A TIP in there tip jar. Place has serious problems.

Usually I wouldn’t leave a bad review cause I love subway and usually the staff is very nice but today the younger girl that works here was absolutely awful I paid and said thank u and she didn’t even acknowledge it also I asked her a question and she was very rude when she answered me almost as if she was annoyed that I asked… I suggest going to a different subway if u want good service and good food cause u won’t get both here on Yellowstone

I ordered a toasted sub and I simply asked after my sandwich sat there on the cutting board if they could please wrap it so it didn't get cold before making the people behind me sandwiches and the girl stated it will be the same if I wrap it. As I'm waiting to pay the other girl came up to the register I asked her can I please pay. She was very rude like the other girl and asked me a question that I didn't hear I asked what she said. She's like what kind of sandwich very nasty. I said a ham and I asked why they were so rude and she said you were rude asking me to ring up your sandwich. I said no you had an attitude and I said please when I asked. Is that not your job to ring me up? I spend alot of money at that subway for my family of 6 but no more. Customers apparently irritate them.

Just walked out of your restaurant after standing there for 10 minutes waiting for your employee to finish the couple's order ahead of us. Then they cashed out and left... and then all 3 of the guys behind the counter ignored us and walked into the back of the store. Definitely never coming back.
Don't bother ordering on the app, the workers can't seem to read. I ordered 3 sandwiches and some cookies and not a single part of the order was correct. 2 sammies missing cheese, 1 buffalo chicken sandwich with no buffalo sauce. Then the worker asked me if I was sure about ordering the cookies and I ended up paying twice for them. I will NEVER visit this location again.

My husband and I have come into this Subway on an average 6 days a week for the last year. We enjoy the food and the service. The staff is friendly and hard working although often understaffed. I have suggested this facility to others and bring family here at least once a month.Great job guys. Keep on doing what you do best.I gave the atmosphere 4 stars because the store need blinds or some form of sun blockage for anyone that comes in during the hours the sun hits dead on. At that point the store is unbearable. Please consider some way to off set this problem.
Parking: It is in a strip mall that sees very little walk-in traffic. Most of the facilities there are by appointment. So there is always some parking. I have never been to the resturant that there was zero parking in the area.

I come into this store quite a bit I think the staff is great, they know their stuff and can make me laugh. Pretty clean store I would recommend...I have a question for the one that threw her food away and walked out I know most people including me if we're going to throw our food away I'm going to get my money back no questions asked.. are you one of them people that feel entitled cuz you know your no better then the person helping you right??
Parking: If you park behind a car you might need to move it... but plenty of parking to where you don't need to
Kid-friendliness: They joke around with my kid and he gets a free cookie
