Angie was our waitress and she’s definitely top 3 waitresses I’ve ever had…incredible! We ordered a shrimp roll, miso soup, edamame, and a chicken and shrimp bowl. I substituted for fried rice and it was phenomenal! Ask for Angie!!!

Seriously the best place in Pocatello for sushi.Let the sushi chef create your roll (Dozo Domo roll) rather than picking off the menu and be prepared to eat the greatest sushi roll you can get!So freaking great!

I always make it a point to try a new sushi joint when traveling, and Sumisu has consistently held it’s place as one of the best.They use the finest ingredients, employ masterful chefs, and produce that authentic blend of flavor, texture, and art that you would expect from a quality sushi restaurant. My go-to is the Tiny Dancer or Super Rainbow <3The standout feature, apart from the incredible sushi, is the impeccable service. The staff's knowledge and passion for the menu shine through and makes the adventure of trying new rolls even more fun. They also put a lot of work into creating a serene ambience, which completes the experience. We’re seriously lucky to have this place in Pocatello.

Pretty good sushi. Our server was great. We got the nigiri chefs choice and it was nice fish. I would avoid the roles with cilantro in them because they put a bunch in it with stems and all. But overall, would go for sure.
