Very disappointed. When ordering door dash They do not care if you are allergic or have sensitivities. If you like how the food is already it's fine but if you have subtractions they do not care. I've had this happen multiple times and I'm pretty upset.
This tacobell location is almost consistently out of something or messed up my order, I ordered a grilled cheese burrito and they forgot the nachocheese so I get a very dry burrito and when I order a regular soft taco combo the automatically make it Supreme when I don't want to and still got the order wrong

I came into this location to pick up a door dash order. The workers tagged the order as ready but I stood in the lobby for over 15 minutes and none of the workers acknowledged me at all. I could see the order, not completed across the counter. Terrible place, no customer service and the employees straight up don't care. One of the worst places I have ever been

As a frequent customer of Taco Bell, specifically this location, tonight was very disappointing. The new nuggets, fries, potatoes, and even vegetables were stale and tasted like the food had been left under heat lamps for a while. Service was also poor as the young workers were busy chatting and leaning over counters than preparing food. I also watched as an employee was using a box cutter hazardly and almost cut a worker close to him. Overall it was a poor experience.

Came for a little bite to eat after a long day. Had 2 friends in the car with me, I do not know their orders so they would tell me and I would repeat it in the drive through speaker. Workers ask me a bunch of questions asking if I wanted extras, I did not want any so I said no to all of them. Then a different worker came over the speaker and said “Do they really have to be this annoying” and took the rest of my order. Keep in mind, we only ordered five items total. When we got to the window we confronted them and they did not care, all they said was “oh you heard that” then when we got our food said “sorry for the inconvenience”. This was not inconvenient to us, just very rude and unnecessary. I feel as if I should have gotten a refund, or a discount at least for the amount of disrespect that was shown to us. I cannot fathom someone even saying those harmful words to me. The boy who said that should be fired.

Absolutely miserable experience. Order my food then waited 30 minutes. Everyone else who came in after me got food before me. I practically begged the worker to give me my food. The worker then pretended to look for it and then I had to ask another worker 10 minutes later in which I finally was giving my food. Absolute shitshow over there. 40 minutes!!!!!!!!

I love Taco Bell but every time I order something from this specific location they leave out something from the order. I usually go through the drive thru and I also order for pickup on the app. Every single time I order from this location they always either give me way less fire sauce than what I ordered or don't give me any at all. My husband also ordered his own meal after picking up mine and he didn't even get his drink and couldn't get anyone to help him. I recommend ordering at the Taco Bell on Yellowstone Ave in Pocatello. They are better at listening to the orders and give great customer service.
