Alyssa ROCKS! She helped me with a dash order a few weeks ago and we had problem after problem with the dash company. I have been meaning to write a review about this experience for a few weeks now and finally have the time. Her customer service and understanding are impeccable. Her communication with third parties and her customers she is personally working with are something to be admired. She has wonderful skills in solving problems that arise in her workplace and she focuses on solving the problem not just handing it to someone else. I appreciate this about this individual. If she is not in a management position already, I feel she would make an amazing candidate and bring so much to the table if given the chance. I hope she contines to exceed at her place of employment. It is my wish that she has a chance to read this review as well and it brightens her day! You are rockin' it, girlfriend! Keep up the outstanding work!PS...I am not a personal friend of this individuals. Food has gotten SO EXPENSIVE HERE! The usually remember to put everything in the bag though. We'll eat here maybe once every 3 months because of the prices though. It's cheap food that's expensive.

I am now changing my review to a one star review, I went into the store today and they had a sign that said we could only order using the kiosk, this is ridiculous. I will not be coming back. This method may work for some but this is not friendly to those with a disability, the Elderly, or even those that may be struggling. This method of running a business should not be the new normal. We must not let this happen.

It's Taco Bell. We all know it's franchise fast food. Very predictable on the food. But the Kiosk ordering is absolutely terrible. Takes way longer to order the system is glitchy and the customer relations are in the toilet. I not be dining in again. What an awful experience. People confused on the system. One elderly couple waked out. Lunch for 2 cost us 29.39. With prices like that this will not be an option in the future. I do not recommend 5his particular establishment. That Kiosk killing the experience.

I was visiting Pocatello with my fiance and one of our friends and we decided to stop and get food before taking the interstate back home. 10/10 best fast food experience I've had. The young man that took our order (I think his name was Elijah) was so amazing and made sure our order was perfect. He had the best customer service and I would absolutely stop by if I visit Pocatello again. Thank you!
We signed up for their rewards program which offered a create your own cravings box for $1. But we were not told we had to order in from the app not in person at the store.
Asked for double chicken, only got five pieces of chicken on each burrito. Ordered 2 of the Chipotle ranch chicken burritos. And the kids through the drive thru taking cash had poor customer service and wasn't very polite.

They always forget to give me a drink or a receipt they put your food out and you don't even know whose it is other than they yell once they don't even tell you where it is they didn't even put my cravings box in a box when I ordered it came in a bag and was the wrong order I strongly suggest not eating here anymore cuz hey it's too expensive and they don't try to do a very good job
