Worst prime rib I have ever had. Called and complained. They gave me a $15 coupon. Well if my shitty meal didn’t cost me $40 when it was all said and done I would have considered this a nice gesture. I won’t go back.
Edit after being responded to: The visit before that was my sons birthday. We sat at our table for 45 minutes without having drinks brought to us. Honestly the place has gone down hill.

First time eating at Texas Roadhouse & it won't be the last! It was super busy but no wait. Had a great server. I had the steak and shrimp on skewers the steak was delicious & tender. It was cooked perfect. The shrimp had such flavor! I will definitely be back again! For 2 people with a couple of beers it was around $80. Not too pricey considering to go to a regular restaurant is just about as much these days. I wished I had room to try their desserts.

our server, summer, was absolutely fantastic! after a bad day at work she was sunshine and perfection. food was good as always, but her service made the experience unforgettable.

We went there for a family birthday and the food was good but the service was not good. Our waitress Allison was not thrilled to be working that afternoon and it showed my the scowl on her face, and unpleasant demeanor. She was too busy talking to the bar tender (what appeared to be her friend) to worry about checking on us or re filling our drinks and on 2 separate occasions, walked away from my wife, while she was making a request. We came for a Texas size yee ha, and she didn't even ask if we were celebrating anything, or try to make our dinner special in any way. 0/10 would not come back to be seated in her section. Watch out for Allison.

Ordered my steak waitress was nice , steak was blood twitching rare told waitress, was told manager would bring it out...Amanda the manager not the most pleasant woman I've had the pleasure of meeting practically threw my plate at me as if was my fault her establishment could not nail a med steak. 🙄

Our server Chloe was so amazing. never had better service. I took my wife to Texas conceding to the fact that with it being Valentine's Day that service would be slower then normal and I have never been so wrong. In fact the service was better then I have ever gotten. She checked up on us immediately upon seating. Had our drinks within 1 minute it seemed appetizers within 3 and I never got my drink finish before she refilled it. Best service I have ever gotten !!!!

I hardly have time to spend with family with work and studying. I had along day at work and I was hungry. I put in my order. I thought to myself this is taking longer than usual, I've been coming here over the years. I didn't even have to wait it wasn't that busy. I noticed the busers were smirking about something I pay attention to detail especially body language. I felt like they were laughinng at me about something. Like they knew something I didn't. A lady that was not my server came out with the tray of food and served everyone except me. They brought out everybody's food except mine. She said let me go check it looks like I forgot a plate. Then 5 minutes later my server came out and said. Oh you ordered the bbq chicken right? Yeah sorry we don't know what happened but the ticket did not show your order on it. But she remembered what I ordered? She said I can put your order in again right now or I can get it to go? My family had already started eating. I said no thanks. Then she proceeded to ask if I was sure about that? I walked out to go wait in the car. I was told to have a good night thanks for coming in at the door. I told them I wouldn't. I was not going to sit there and watch everybody eat while they finished and then have them watch me eat. They then thought it was ok to make my family pay for there food and apologize and give them a free meal card? I threw that card out the window. You can't buy family time. I can't help but think the political climate had some play in this since I am of Latino decent. If you are Latino I recommend you do not come eat here, it's not like they want us here in the first place. This has never happened to me in all the years I've been coming here. It's sad to say my family and I will never come back to this place again. I really love the food here but I am done. That's how it is not how I feel. I guess they don't know how to treat family.
Yum Yum Yum. Awesome food Awesome service. I have zero complaints and so many reasons to continue to come back. Tara Cook is amazing. Made our lunch very welcoming.

Good food and lots of family fun my biggest complaint was the music was WAY wAY to load I don’t want to yell across a table. Out waitress was wonderful. My niece had been given a &20.00 gift card but they had run out so someone earlier gave them 5 X 5.00. They gave us a hassle about that even thought it was because they ran out of $20.00 gift cards so our poor waitress had to break down out ticket to use this all. This is BULLSHIT and the manager should have over ridden that stupid deal, we had two table and our bill was 100+ another $70.00 for the other table. DO BETTER TEXAS ROADHOUSEmanager in Pocatello, Idaho
