My husband and I dined in with my Daughter and Son in Law, and the server (owner) was not personable. We asked what fountain drinks were available and she just flat told us to turn the menu around and look. There is a sign at the entrance before you get seated about having disruptive children you pretty much won't be able to dine in. This is the 3rd time we've dined here and will be the last time. Food is good but the lady is not so nice.

I jut went to Thailand and this restaurant has so fresh and authentic food!
Just be careful with the spiciness. Ask for 0 or max 1. Rather than that is THE BEST!

I love Thai Paradise. Their yaki soba and their BB1 Thai Barbecued Chicken and sticky rice and their desserts are to die for. And their atmosphere is one of a kind beauty. I recommend to everyone highly

Way too spicy! We ordered 2. The spice level is 1-5 and she said she can’t even handle a 3!? Well then adjust your rating scale so people can enjoy their meal. We started with shrimp spring roll. Only 1 little shrimp in each and had our mouths burning from the peanut dipping sauce (never had a spicy peanut sauce). Then our food came out and we couldn’t even eat it. Also, horrible consistency of curry. It was like gravy. Would not recommend.

Food is okay, service is TERRIBLE. I went there with mom and the lady at the counter did not bother giving us the menu even after 20 mins of waiting since she just went into the kitchen as soon as we came and never came out so we could as for the menus.

Amazing food and service. The drunken noodles are superb and the Tom Yum can be made with coconut added, it is out of this world. The Tom Kha is so delicious, almost buttery. Be careful with the spice, 1 is really warm! Simply great.

First ones in the door, left standing there not acknowledged in the least. Finally seated rudely as I guess we inconvenienced her. No drink order taken and left there. Left 15 minutes ago. I think she still hasn't noticed we are gone.
The staff makes you feel unwelcome to this restaurant. The food is not so good. And they expect high tips for no service.

I wish I could tell you about the food quality..I can't because it seemed nothing we wanted was avaliable. "Our fryer doesn't work" "We don't have fresh lettuce" "I can serve you the BBQ dish, but it will take a long time to prepare." The excuses got to the point that we simply walked out.
As we entered the restaurant, we saw two detailed handwritten signs about childrens behavior and parental control. Our party of four didn't include kids.. but the messaging and the tone were quite off putting. We do not recommend this place.

I went to eat here with my mother this evening and we both asked for our dishes to be no hotter than a 2 spicy. This lady thinks it’s funny that she gave us somewhere around a 4+. I used to adore this place greatly and highly recommend it. To think that the owner thinks that it is funny to over spice an overpriced meal to begin with is absolutely ridiculous. I will neither be returning nor will I recommend this place to anybody, ever again. She didn’t even try to apologize. I shouldn’t expect anything better from Pocatello.
Recommendations As Alternatives to lazy and unapologetic establishments:
The Thai kitchen in Pocatello is much better overall. If you want to fantastic experience with high-quality Thai food and Vietnamese food you should check out Dee’s Kitchen in Idaho Falls. I’ve never never had a bad experience here and it’s definitely worth the drive!!
