I will never walk into this restaurant again. Horrible experience!!! Today we were meeting a group of people at the restaurant. 5 adults and 2 kids. I was the first to arrive with my two little boys 8 and 5 years old. As we walked into a completely empty restaurant and stood at the front door to be seated I saw a women who I believe to be the owner on the other side of the counter. My boys stood quietly by me. I noticed her glaring at myself and my kids. She didn’t greet us, say hello or offer to seat us. At that point I said hello and asked her if we could be seated. She rudely asked me if I read the sign… Not knowing what she was talking about I walked up to the sign and began to read a letter that began with Dear Parents……. the sign went on about childrens behavior and how they were pretty much not welcome in her restaurant. She then with her rude mannerism’s threw 3 menus down on the table. At this point I told her that I was not interested in spending my hard earned money in a restaurant where you are mistreated for bringing in children. I mean come on this isn’t a five star restaurant!!!!!! I’ve never been treated so poorly……. The place was completely empty and now I can see why. I will never walk through those doors again and I will also be spreading the word about my experience tonight to everyone I know. Word travels in a small town!!!!!!

Amazing Thai in Pocatello. We were passing by and wanted Thai. Picked this place because of the reviews. Would definitely recommend!

This is by far the best Thai food in town, or any place else that I have been in the past when we lived in the Seattle area. Understand that it is authentic Thai food. Their heat ratings are different. I would normally get a three-star at a place back in Seattle, here it would be a half a star. And my wife who likes spicy food also gets half a half star. My daughter's boyfriend, who was the head chef at popular Cambodian restaurant in France, who really likes hot food, actually got a five star, and he really loved the food. He told me he never found a place in the US that ever made food hot enough for him. And he was very impressed. I love their Drunken Noodles, and my wife loves they're yellow curry. I also really like their fried rice, and spring rolls. Emily makes some really great food ! If she ever goes back to Thailand will have to follow her???

In my opinion, this is the best Thai food in the area! It is authentic, fresh, filled with flavor and always tastes great! The owner is amazing and is a hard worker, we have seen her doing everything by herself many times so if you see her running around and you're waiting a little longer for your meal just give her a little break, some props, and know your food is gonna be amazing. She is the only one who has been able to make something too hot for my husband to eat (I guess he shouldn't have challenged her haha.), but still listen to her and take her heat level warning seriously. Thanks for the great food every time we have been in there!Parking: It's hard to find parking on the street at times, but if your not afraid to walk a little there is a free parking lot over by the First National Bar...The U.P. parking lot.Kid-friendliness: Families with kids are welcome but just like any other restaurant and business, it's asked that you please control your kids so other patrons can enjoy their meal.

Unfriendly and slow service. Order Tom Kha and it came hot but the veggies were wilted and my tomato had a black spots on it.

My dad and I went here a couple weeks ago and we won’t be going back. The service was TERRIBLE, she was not friendly at all. We were standing up at the front for a while before she came to seat us and waited a while to get our drinks. We ordered the tacos for an appetizer and most were completely empty. If anything was inside it was a dimed sized piece of chicken. When I received my chicken it was like a bowl of cereal…. and the chicken was so soggy from being submerged in the sauce. Disappointed with the experience.

Emily is amazing! My boyfriend and I eat here regularly, either dine in or take out. So glad to have her as a neighbor in Downtown!

Took my wife and family here was just a terrible experience the waitress was so rude to my family and my wife. The food isn’t worth coming here. The restaurant is dead and they do not clean their tables I walked around nothing there.

I have enjoyed food from here a few different times over the years, and although the food is good, the service gets worse and worse each time. The owner is not kind and it feels like she does not like her own customers! The last time I went, I went with a couple of friends for lunch. I had already eaten that day so I just decided to order a boba tea. I was told that if I didn’t order a meal, then she wouldn’t bring me a tea. That was the last time I went and I won’t be back. Plenty of other good and friendly places that want your business!

Food was good. Loved the curry dishes! The atmosphere is visually pleasing, but it is extremely quiet. Noise and unruly behavior from children is discouraged by posted signs, and there is no background music.Kid-friendliness: Not very kid friendly. We brought children and felt like we needed to keep them extra quiet and still or risk being kicked out of the restaurant.

She refused to serve us because we have our 7 month baby with us in a stroller (at lunch time with only 3 out of the 20 tables taken). Our baby wasnt crying!

We disclosed to the server that my daughter has celiac’s disease and asked for gluten-free options. The owner then came out and said she refused to serve our child any food due to the risk of contamination. She refused to serve her even rice! She also then refused to let us bring in gluten-free food (which we have done to 200 restaurants in the last four years). We were absolutely shocked to be treated like this, first time since her diagnosis 4 years ago. Being celiac is hard enough for her and our family and the owner was shaming and made her feel terrible. Not OK! She’s just a kid.
