I've been out of town 5 years. Come back to one of my favorite spot and they messed up the order. They didn't get it right portions, were small? Overall, i'm not impressed

The Pressbox has been one of our favorite places in Pocatello since we moved here 4 years ago. Madi, Ashley, and the rest of the staff are amazing! They are friendly, personable, funny, and very attentive. I was a little disappointed this last time we went in only because there was a new manager. He was rude to the staff. Micro managing, disrespectful and did not try to be friendly with the customers at all. I hope the new manager thing gets resolved soon. The staff deserves that.

Great environment for all ages! My kids love the menu, especially the chicken strips. Best prices in town for food and drinks. Ashley and Maddi were fantastic. Very personable and welcoming. Can’t wait to come back!

We’ve always enjoyed Pressbox, which makes our recent visit especially disappointing. The food was subpar, and mice were crawling in the dining room which killed my appetite completely. The place desperately needs a deep clean and a return to basic standards, which seem to have slipped or disappeared entirely. I’d leave two stars because the staff provided great service, but I can’t seem to justify it when all I can think about is the possibility of mouse poop ending up in the food.. I truly hope management addresses these issues, because Pressbox has the potential to be much better.

My family loves the Pressbox. It's great atmosphere, that isn't overly crazy even on game day. The food is always really good. We love the alfredo! Best in town in our opinion. I also love their Greek salad and their wraps. The service is hit or miss depending who you get. But overall, it's usually good.

Always been a great place to go for lunch or dinner but the service has not been great the last 3 times I've gone.
My experience here was comically bad to the point it probably sounds like I’m making this up. The bartender was sweet, but the chef loudly and openly complained about having to make my food when the bartender sent my order back. Made me feel uncomfy but whatever. When I received my food I got what I hoped to be a spot of flour on my bread. I started eating and then I literally saw a mouse scurrying across the kitchen floor. I brought it up, and apparently they’ve been having a mouse problem in the kitchen for a while. Well that kinda grossed me out, so I reevaluated my bread, and upon further inspection I’m like 99% sure they served me moldy bread because there was definitely blue and gray spots present. I would not advise eating here unless you enjoy mold, mice, and being uncomfortable

They have a mouse infestation that has not been taken care of, the cook never wears gloves, the servers are all rude and unenthusiastic. The food AND drinks are never consistent. I have found hairs in my food there several times. You often hear the staff complaining about each other (instead of doing their jobs) I’ve tried to give this place a chance several times. Always chasing the high of the first time I went there and loved it, and it’s been disappointing since. I’d say the need to reconsider their staff, but maybe it’s to far gone and they should reconsider their whole business and whether they’re cut out for it.

I love this place. I've become a regular here because they treat me right and the food is amazing. I love the biscuits and gravy. Randall the cook does an amazing job. The waitress does a wonderful job and the bartenders are friendly. Great work everyone.
