I can comment on the product and the service. First, the cookies are so good and are generally worth the price. The drinks are great but I would suggest that you find the right flavor combination to make you happy. Sometimes the flavor can be a bit weak. Depends on who makes it I guess. The service is great and always with a smile and willingness to help. This time in the young lady at the window was so happy and positive ! If anyone who works there actually reads this, her name was Laurana. Makes me want to come back to a business where employees actually seem to care.

This is a hard one I do love this place went to the one in Idaho falls today. To grab a drink with a friend she has never went here before. I have 5 dollars off my drink and wanted to use it. I told her that. Well long story short she she didn’t use use it. The girl at the window didn’t know what she was doing. Didn’t get to use my 5 dollars rewards. I don’t know if I will go back. If the kids don’t know how to redeem your rewards before you pay. Maybe the kids need more training. Every other soda shops I go to do the phone number and use the rewards and apply to the order.

I lived near ISU campus for a year and I still think about this place. I loved the Soda Barn!! Cookies are delicious, and the best drink on the menu is the Area 51!

Just recently started going here. Been in handful of times. Every time I walk in to the store, it seems like the workers are annoyed to help me. Customer service is sub par. The manager included. It was giving mean girl energy. :(

This place is amazing. They helped us out with our annual picnic and donated two gift cards. Their kindness means the world to our agency life a center for Independent living.. you guys rock!

Got a mtn dew with cranberry, got the drink and it was just mtn dew green color, so I double checked if they put cranberry in, they said they for sure put it in, and that the syrup is colorless. So I speed away taking that at face value, and I didn’t want to hold up the line any longer, but I put my straw in and take a sip and it’s just mtn dew. Disappointed. 5th st
