Just recently started going here. Been in handful of times. Every time I walk in to the store, it seems like the workers are annoyed to help me. Customer service is sub par. The manager included. It was giving mean girl energy. :(

Got a mtn dew with cranberry, got the drink and it was just mtn dew green color, so I double checked if they put cranberry in, they said they for sure put it in, and that the syrup is colorless. So I speed away taking that at face value, and I didn’t want to hold up the line any longer, but I put my straw in and take a sip and it’s just mtn dew. Disappointed. 5th st

Tried this place out for the first time today to reward our daughter for good grades. After looking up the menu online. The prices online do not match what we were charged? What should of been $16.68+tax ended up being $20.89 ? (Attached photos) If your prices have changed they should be reflected online. Sodas were good and cookies are better than crumble. Just disappointed about price discrepancy.
Staff was very attentive and kind, knowledgeable about the menu and allergens. I got an energy drink cocktail, and my friend got the Idahoan drink. Both were amazing, and we are absolutely coming back here
Dietary restrictions: Lots of options for dairy free or vegan/vegetarian, just ask the staff if you have questions.

Unfortunately for us this establishment is conveniently close so we go often. Half the time the orders are wrong, or does not taste the same at all. We gave this another try but still hasn’t changed. The kids working there need more training. Definitely do not recommend this particular place

Menu price is wrong. :/ I ordered a small Red Bull drink and the menu says it would be $4.75 but I was charged $6.75 and confirmed it was a small.
The drink I ordered wasn’t a customized drink, but one listed on the menu. I didn’t add any additional syrups, fruit, ext.
It would help to add on the menu that the prices shown are for the soda base and not the drinks shown/listed on the menu.
Something else that could prevent confusion would be listing the price of a drink that’s apart of the menu.

I've always been a soda barn customer, but after the last few times there, I won't be going back for awhile if at all. very unfriendly staff more times than not. drive thru takes FOREVER to get through no matter how many cars. Tonight's experience was the last straw for me. they gave me the wrong pretzels, and I told them it was wrong. they got me the right ones, but then handed me my drink and asked if I needed a straw. after giving me my straw they acted as if my order was complete when we had ordered cookies. I had to tell them everything on my order and they acted irritated I wasn't leaving without the correct order. service has gone down drastically lately and the drinks are getting to be sub par.
