We stood in line and the a worker came in from outside and help a customer behind us then the other 3 that were there ignored me and both my kids. Who do I get ahold to file a customer complaint. I believe they were profiling.

This location used to be so wonderful when it opened. Good prices, nice employees. I’m not sure what has happened but every single time we come here it seems the prices go up and the drinks are never made correctly or with consistent measurements. It is also strange to walk into this store and no one acknowledges you for 10 minutes. Hopefully the owners can figure this out with all the drink shops opening in Pocatello.

love the drinks and I used to go almost every day but the last 3 times I went I got charged a different price every time, over $4.50 yesterday for 1 drink I guess I will go back to Maverick for $1 refill, I don't mind paying more for the soda's here but when is it going to stop

First of all, the worker at the drive through (male, blonde hair) was so rude from the get go. we had to repeat our order 3 times and then we got our drinks and they didn’t put cream on either. Considering it’s an extra 60 cents for cream it’s quite annoying. Don’t have great experiences here, go to Pick Me Up or any of the other soda places instead.
This place mixes flavors with sodas. The soda tasted good and not watered down compared to other places. No line to wait in and they were very fast and quick to make the drinks. They also have cookies which are also really good.
