It's always cool to see a different mixture of flavors added to your drink when you go here. Their cookies are always large compared to other cookies. I've had a few problems at this place. The lady taking my order got my size wrong, I clearly asked for a 32 ounce drink but somehow, she gave me a 16 ounce. Another problem I had here was the fact that they charge 2 dollars for water. This is the first place I've ever been to that charges you for water. Other than that, this place is clean, and a decent place for drinks and cookies.

The service took forever and they said they can’t take a gift card because of their new system. That really sucks that someone bought me this gift card that I can’t even use. The drink I ordered did not have enough syrup and tasted nasty. Save yourself time and just go to the Soda Barn instead!
Bad experience. The staff has no idea what they are doing, badly trained and does not listen. We thought we were getting Reed's Rocky Road. Not so. The scoops were small but the price wasn't.
