a hidden treasure that needs to be exposed. Forget the commercial sandwich places, this local deli is one of a kind. Great menu choices. Very clean & brightly lit. Service was great. Food was fantastic & more satisfying than the processed assembly line sandwiches .

I love getting takeout here. The employees seem young on average, yet friendly and their efforts apparent. So, why not 5 stars? My tastebuds anticipate the visits, but my ears dread them. The setup of the Chubbuck road location is there's not really a separate kitchen are, so the fans of the vent hood and fryers are just beyond the sneezeguard. I could live with that, but then they insist on playing music too! To the owners/management: I don't need to hear "The Boys Are Back in Town" for the ten thousanth time while your employee tries to lip read "white or wheat" over the layers of noise.

Door dash brought me a yummy sammich! What made it the best? Someone drew a smiley face on the wrapper. It made my day. Amazing that a tiny gesture cab mean so much.

The service very ignorant pushy rushed us to order and didn't give full order for two very small pieces of fish and eight cheese tots $15 food was over cooked no flavor threw it in garbage never going back worst place in Pocatello Idaho food was premeasured and put into a paper food boat and stacked on top of each other uncovered and then served to you in same paper food boat talk about cross contamination they shouldn't even be closed down

The person who made my sandwich had gloves on, great! But then proceeded to take my cash payment with the same gloves on and then continued to make other food without changing gloves. Um... no, these gloves should have be taken off the second my sandwich was done being made. What else was on these gloves that could possibly be on my sandwich? ?? no impressed.

We came in here for our first time yesterday. The place is clean and tidy. However for first timers, we weren't sure what everything was and how the process worked. Theres was a lady with dark hair running the counter and Greeted me with, " Are you next? What do you want?" In a gruff tone. The grill is kinda loud and makes it hard to hear. When she what im assuming was asking bread types, she blurted them out so quickly we couldn't hear them and she stood there staring at us until we said "what did you say" and she got uppity that she had to repeat herself.We told her the sandwiches we wanted and and she just shoved us down the line in a rude way. There was one person behind us and 1 in front of us. It wasn't busy at this point by any means. She then proceeded making us repeat everything from having grilled onions and mushrooms to sauces acting like we couldn't hear her. The lady was so gruff/rushing with my husband and i that we didn't even have a chance to look at sauces or make a decision on what we wanted for vetoes as she was rushing us. I had to ask if I could order sides and anything else I needed from the sweet girl that was tall with glasses as that lady was so off putting with her whole demeanor that it made us anxious to ask for anything from her or any questions on what the different sides were .The lady didn't even give us the option to dine in or take out. It was when the nice tall girl was bagging our order, I told her it was to stay. We sat down and started to eat and a gentleman who seemed to be the owner, came in and started helping what started to be a lunch rush. He was so pleasant and kind to watch work and we soon realized that we could of had our sandwiches cut in half, sauce flavors besides mayo, the types of cheese offered and meats etc.. while he was there we watched the ladys demeanor completely change . Unfortunately for us she had ruined our experience. The food was good, love the options of the side fries, just disappointed in thes service.

It was our first time trying this place. We were driving home from a trip to Yellowstone and stopped in Pocatello for lunch. We were in the mood for some sandwiches and this place sounded great. It didn’t disappoint. The employees were nice and really helpful, giving us good recommendations since we had never been here before. The sandwiches we ordered were delicious. We will definitely be back next time we are passing through.

Food is great as always, but very very disappointed with the customer service. Although we were the only customers there, they made us feel like we were inconveniencing them and made the ordering process extra confusing. Will stick to ordering online, but hopefully employees can be trained on how to be professional.
