I had their classic gyro with feta and it was wonderful. The meat was very well seasoned and the veggies tasted fresh. It was very filling and I almost couldn’t eat the whole thing, so I highly recommend going with an empty stomach.

If i could give negative stars i would. Being a visually impaired person who uses a white cane. This restaurant is a little bit of a challenge to navigate. If you had mobility issues, you'd have to take it slow. I don't know how the food was because after the waiter rudely told my husband and I that. We would be charged $2 extra to share a meal even if it was off the same plate then tells me (the almost blind one using the white cane) "well it says right there on the sign!", we chose elsewhere to eat. The interior had no air conditioning and was very warm.

It was my first time there with my man and it was so peaceful and the food was so fresh, tasted like they got all the vegetables from a garden. They were so polite. I'd definitely go back! I wanna try the feta burger next

It hurts me to leave a one star review because we have been supporting Toms for over 10 years and have always loved this place. We came in tonight at 7:25 pm, 3 adults and 4 kids and were told they wouldn’t serve us because it’s close to closing. There were only two other tables that had people. It says online they work till 9. The waitress told us the diner works till 8. It’s still 40 minutes till closing. I’m all for supporting local but this place lost my support. Super disappointed. Please update your time and policy online, so people don’t drive to be turned down 40 MINUTES before closing.

Very fast, pleasant service. The gyro was stuffed with quality ingredients and tasted great! Prices were fair for what was served. My new favorite burger and gyro place in Eastern Idaho!

We have tried going to Tom's twice now and they are closed during regular business hours. Today we were turned away after calling to confirm they were open and driving an extra 30 miles for lunch. No explanation was given nor did they even acknowledge us although people were in dining room eating food. No explanation was given to why they wouldn't serve us and the doors were still open. We won't ever go back.

While I miss the old Tom's in Idaho Falls, I think I like this one even more, if only because it is a legitimate restaurant and not a bar / restaurant. So I feel less awkward bringing the family. Though I have tried Gyros across the country and across the world, I like these best. Then to top it off they give you a BIG bottle if fry sauce, so you can go crazy on the fries, on the gyro, or on the kid in the next booth :-DOn top of all of this, you add some great people giving great service.Love this place. Thanks guys

I have always loved Tom's feta burger, my fav. Went online and placed an order. There is no notice posted of a change in prices online. When I placed the order and got mt total I was a little confused because it was $10.00 more than it should have been according to the online menu.. When I asked about it, the last on the phone said prices went up. And if I go into the restaurant I will see that it's posted.. Unfortunately I am ordering online and the notice of price change in the restaurant does not apply to me. I feel as like these unchanged menu prices online should be honored. If you have a business and you do an update, every part of that business including advertising should be updated. Please correct this so it doesn't continue to affect other people.. And if you're not going to update the online menu prices, then honer the current prices.

I was shocked when they wouldn’t let my senior citizen in laws share a burger. They gave us permission to share some fries with each other but that is all the food sharing that can happen at this restaurant. And a basic salad is more than their burgers. I don’t recommend this place.

Great environment and even better service. Tom’s Grandson helped us get seated and took our order and was a very personable guy. He told us the story of Tom and the family coming from Greece. Absolutely phenomenal food and definitely worth the money spent. I think I just might sneak back there for lunch tomorrow!
Service was so friendly, they explained everything on the menu and took great care of us. Everything we tried was fantastic- burgers and Greek food. Awesome homemade sauces and the pita bread was amazing! Can't wait to go back and try more on the menu.Vegetarian options: Amazing Greek salads, lots of flavor. Can't find a lot of places with so much flavor any more.

The waiter is very nice and cheerful. The environment was very basic and kinda has that grade school lunchroom feel. Card tables for dinning tables, cheap table cloths and overpriced food. Ordered the gyro and had to pay extra for fries. Drink selection is limited and they don't top off your soda. They will however top off water. All in all I wasn't impressed for $21 for a gyro and a drink.

Tom's was good for to go orders, but now they seem to be closed all the time. Driven down twice in two weeks, midweek, and they were closed for dinner at 5:30pm. Also they have an extremely weird rule that you can't share food while you eat there. The staff are very rude if they see you sharing your food. This rule makes it very uncomfortable eating in their restaurant. Maybe if they were less rude to their customers and had more consistent hours they would make more money and be happier people.

We stop in each time we're in town and always have a great meal. I tried the Hippy Dippy Gyro and loved the addition of Sriracha, my husband had double meat on his classic gyro and almost couldn't finish it. We split an order of fries, and it was plenty for us. Delicious food, great value, and super quick, friendly service. I only wish there was one in our hometown.
