Oh my goodness. I came in today with one of my friends for a small meal, we decided to get 2 medium fries and a small frostie. I decided it would be cheaper to get 1 large fry, she said i would have to pay what i said because they already made it when i didn’t even pay any of it yet. The total was 8 dollars and something change. The lady couldn’t tell us how much change we owed so another worker came and told us we have a remaining cents of 20. We only brought so much cash with us that day, we went out in my car and got a quarter and she said we still owed some, i told her politely that her coworker said 20 cents, she would not let me leave unless we find more remaining cents for the fries. My friend went and got more change and then we left. Honestly, please know how much we owe? if there was a mistake with the 20 cents i understand and she should’ve communicated with us about it. The food was great but why honestly make it when i haven’t even decided taht was my order and demand me to pay it or i can’t leave? Ridiculous

BEST AND HEALTHIEST FAST FOOD, I get the chicken sandwich Everytime and it is so good. It has lettuce, tomatoes and pickles and the frosties were good but not the best.
Vegetarian options: There are fries, salad(s), frosties, and soda
Wheelchair accessibility: There was a ramp up to the front door to the Wendy's.

I came through the drive thru a minute ago I ordered My lemonade with light ice when I got up to the window the Girl made a big show of I'm gonna add a little bit more lemonade to be nice and then added three scoops of ice. I don't care what you're supposed to add the cold hurts My teeth and I ordered light ice for a reason. Was in food service for over 15 years and she was just rude. Also I was not given a receipt or I would have just complained there. Do Better

If I could give 0 stars I would. 2 bottom buns on my burger and the fries were loaded into the bag almost upside down. And the lady in the drive thru making drinks had to remake the drink 2 times because she was having an attitude and not listening

So just to LET EVERYBODY KNOW There a lady on here by the name of Angela Mollet who decided to lie and make a false statement on a very hard worker Vanessa at Wendy’s in Pocatello . Vanessa never said this is Wendy’s not McDonalds so that’s a lie number 1 there . How dare she make false accusations on a very hard working employee who only takes orders and who doesn’t make the food . Ppl need to be more respectful to the ppl working in the fast food biz . She works very very hard and has never gotten one complaint. The only thing she has gotten was great service complaints from customers even theamagers . Including some customers willing to tip her for how great services she has done . I think Google needs to allow ppl to be able to correct KARENS who lie about ppl they have no clue about !!!
Literally all we ordered was a large frosty and French fry and the frosty came out completely melted and when we called to ask about it, the lady just said that’s just how the frosty machine is, you can come back and get another one and it might be like that but it might not. I then asked about just getting a refund seeing as how we couldn’t go back, and then she said we need to return with our receipt in order to get the refund. I told her we did not receive our receipt then she proceeds to pull up our order on her end and then tells us we still need to come back in in order to just get a refund…absolutely ridiculous And maybe if your frosty machine isnt working properly let your customers know in advance… thanks

I went inside to order and Vanessa took what I thought was my correct order, I told her I wanted 3 frosties, and she only put 1 in with 2 regular drinks, I ordered a baconator, double baconator, and a cheeseburger. I got 2 cheeseburgers and 1regular baconator, was charged for what I ordered and she said I must be mistaking Wendy's for McDonald's... I'm so furious with the service recieved and being treated like a 2 year old. Just beware, if you have Vanessa, run the other way!!!!!
