The kids at the drive thru window were extra nice,polite,and friendly?! Very sweet young people!? There was 4 of them!! It was just a few minutes before closing time! They were admiring my car and dog!! While doing their work!! The food was fresh,hot and delicious!! And it was exactly the way I ordered it!! Great job, Yellowstone Wendys!! Your the best!! Thank you!! I'll be back!!

Every single time we go to the Pocatello store they F'up the order. I am pretty sure they do it on purpose. Everyone who works there looks absolutely miserable with zero personality, and no one smiles.

PAY FOR OUR FROSTYS. the girl at the window hands us 2 PEPPERMINT frostys. I hand them back and say “ we ordered chocolate” she says “ uhhhh you just said frosty, so we did peppermint” I say “no we ordered chocolate, can we get chocolate” she says “ no our chocolate is super runny” and I ask “what about vanilla” she says “we’re out”. I can see through the window, I am watching them clean the frosty machine an hour and a half before close. I’m allergic to peppermint. Terrible service. Don’t gaslight me wendys.

My order was wrong they said they would send me a coupon for a replacement burger it's been over 3 weeks no coupon the same thing happened a couple years ago and never received anything so I stopped eating there I was interested in a limited burger and it was made incorrectly in my opinion if they get your order wrong to bad they don't care
