We usually love Wingers, but tonight was a joke. Not everyone is cut out to be a waitress, and Genevieve is not cut out to be a waitress. Our food literally sat at the pass for at least 10 minutes. Our food was barely lukewarm, and drinks were never refilled. There were a few tables of 6, but it wasn't very busy otherwise. We are usually very generous tippers, and tonight was not worthy of 20%. We won't be returning for a while.
We went to wingers in Pocatello to have my granddaughters birthday party. It was awesome. The food was great, our server was great, attentive and always smiling. We brought in her birthday cake and presents. We sang happy birthday to her. I had brought plates and extra silverware. But our server offered that too. Last night, we ordered chicken dinner and the strips weren’t cook very well, they were cold and rubbery, overall foo is good but double check the chicken please
