Hands down the best jalapeno/cheddar sausage I've ever had! I had to try all 3 different meat options on the fully loaded tacos as well & they were delish! I also ordered the ribs & brisket & I'm 💯 impressed! Tender & juicy w/ a proper smoke ring. Smoked over oak. Best Mac & cheese I've ever had too! We eat a lot of BBQ. This was delicious! We got the platter for 2 - brisket, pulled pork and sausage. The spicy sausage was exceptional! I’d eat that again tomorrow. We added 2 pork ribs that were tender and delicious. I highly recommend the Mexi-Q-corn. I’ve had elote before but off the cob it’s kind of next level (better cheese and sauce ratio?). Sorry, no pictures- we ate it too fast
