Domino's Pizza in Post Falls

“We ordered 8 pizzas tonight and 2 parm bites & the team at this store was absolutely AMAZING! Their is a gentleman assisting this store from Rathdrum that was so incredible, along with the orders that were working tonight. His (Gentleman from Rathdrum) service is too notch. We Are so pleased. We just had a terrible experience with a woman at the Spokane Street location in Post Falls and drive the couple miles here to an entirely different atmosphere, experience and great customer service.

“At first it was a total disaster. I had placed an order for delivery and was told it would the the usual 35 to 45 minutes. After 1.5 hrs I called back and was told they were running a little behind. The gal said they'd had 5 people quit during the week. She said it would be a bit longer still, so I sent my husband to pick up our order. The pizzas and wings were GREAT!! I talked to a "manager" , she was very apologetic and gave us an in-store credit for a future order. That secured us re-visiting the Spokane street location in the future for sure. Not just because of the credit but their sincerity in dealing with our 'incident '.“
