“My Fiancée and I order from here probably far too often, and we're always satisfied with our food. However, only 6 times out of the 10 the delivery drivers will follow the instructions on the order, I feel sometimes they completely ignore the delivery notes.“
“I went to the Thor's location for a pizza and I met Connor there. Connor has been by far the best of the crew on this location. Nice, smiling, spreading good vibes, and willing to provide me the best service he could. I left the store with my receipt to sign up for the rewards program. I left 100% happy and satisfied. Connor was so kind in delivering my pizza in my car. I love him. 5/5 rating for this dude. Thank you, Connor. You're the best!“
“Ordering online was surprisingly much easier than its been throughout the last 10 yrs using previous versions on thier sites. From the moment I pressed submit order, I could see that it was instantly being processed & prepared. Tracking it all the way to the door is awesome via the app itself as well as also receiving updates via text & Alexa! The food itself tasted amazing & driver was prompt & friendly. It was beyond easy, super efficient, & quick! The only issue I had personally was that I noted in large BOLD lettering not to go to the front of the small apt bldg & to please deliver to BACK DOOR ONLY. The driver came to front door anyway & knocked loudly on locked door. It was close to 1am & the 6 unit bldg is a majority of all elderly tenants. That said, tenants from 2 of the 5 units were woken up & let me know. Oops... 😯 So that didnt go well for me unfortunately but I will say that I have had this issue with other delivery services as well where for whatever reason the messge to the drivers are not read or followed. So to be fair, this tech isnt an issue that should weigh negatively on Dominos itself. Or at least not on the food I received, length of time it took and the process of ordering, etc. I would highly recommend this Dominos to friends & family. In my oppinion it was by far as close to perfect as a food delivery scenario can get and I am a tough reviewer!! A++ ☺“

“I had a problem with my order to which it was handled so perfectly that I having been in the restaurant business for 25 yrs am still impressed with the gentleman who handled it. He represented true customer service and there are not many places anywhere anymore that really even care about customer service. Great job!“
“This Alberta Street store was so busy. My pizza was not done yet but what I will say is the workers there were killing it. Everyone doing their part and working quickly. I felt like I went back into time when hard work was the norm. Nobody standing around, nobody staring at their phones. Just efficiency and speed. This store is a well trained and hard working store. My pizza was delicious too! Thanks for the hard work!!“
“Truthfully, uncertain why this place has a recent bad wrap. Been ordering from this specific location (online delivery mostly + occasional pick up) since 2020. Staff has always been patient & friendly, esp. if you're understanding during rush hours / high delivery times (as with ANY other restaurant / food place).
Out of the few hundred times I've ordered from Dominos over the years, they do a pretty good job overall. & their national deals / user account deals, always hit home / worthy of utilizing.
Anytime discrepancies arise, they always've found a way to make it work, especially if you communicate with them. Whether credit back to your card, your account (for missed item + usually a duplicate of missing item).
Will continue ordering from this location for the foreseeable future. Thank you Dominos!“

This is not the normal outcome from this eatery, as this has been my most unloved dominoes in spokane, but they have started the new year off correct in my book. Thank you Roxanne.
