Domino's Pizza in Spokane

“I just wanted to shout out that the employee working the front tonight was great! Haven’t experienced a Domino’s employee being this friendly and knowledgeable. They were sharp, knew the menu so well, and welcomed me in. 10/10 in what I expect for customer service when picking up a pizza!“

“We ordered 6 pizzas for a small company celebration (don't worry; we ordered pretty well in advance) and they were all done right on schedule and they were perfect! I only interacted with 2 people there, but they were both professional and kind. Only ding I could say is that the atmosphere wasn't anything to right home about, but there wasn't anything wrong with it either; just kind of what you'd expect from a little pizza place. It was nice to see they had seating for people to eat in which you don't see anymore but was nice. All and all, I would recommend them if asked.“

“Ordering online was surprisingly much easier than its been throughout the last 10 yrs using previous versions on thier sites. From the moment I pressed submit order, I could see that it was instantly being processed & prepared. Tracking it all the way to the door is awesome via the app itself as well as also receiving updates via text & Alexa! The food itself tasted amazing & driver was prompt & friendly. It was beyond easy, super efficient, & quick! The only issue I had personally was that I noted in large BOLD lettering not to go to the front of the small apt bldg & to please deliver to BACK DOOR ONLY. The driver came to front door anyway & knocked loudly on locked door. It was close to 1am & the 6 unit bldg is a majority of all elderly tenants. That said, tenants from 2 of the 5 units were woken up & let me know. Oops... 😯 So that didnt go well for me unfortunately but I will say that I have had this issue with other delivery services as well where for whatever reason the messge to the drivers are not read or followed. So to be fair, this tech isnt an issue that should weigh negatively on Dominos itself. Or at least not on the food I received, length of time it took and the process of ordering, etc. I would highly recommend this Dominos to friends & family. In my oppinion it was by far as close to perfect as a food delivery scenario can get and I am a tough reviewer!! A++ ☺“

“This Alberta Street store was so busy. My pizza was not done yet but what I will say is the workers there were killing it. Everyone doing their part and working quickly. I felt like I went back into time when hard work was the norm. Nobody standing around, nobody staring at their phones. Just efficiency and speed. This store is a well trained and hard working store. My pizza was delicious too! Thanks for the hard work!!“

“My Fiancée and I order from here probably far too often, and we're always satisfied with our food. However, only 6 times out of the 10 the delivery drivers will follow the instructions on the order, I feel sometimes they completely ignore the delivery notes.“

“Domino's is hit or miss these days. I was taking care of a local park nearby and pizza sounded great. My order was ready within minutes coming out of the oven hot and delicious!

Only two workers in the kitchen when I went to pick it up, but they were very nice and courteous when I arrived. From the guy who was answering the phone to the woman making orders. Y'all were bad a**.

The pizza looked and tasted great. The crust had a nice finish to it as well. Thank you for serving up great quality!“

“Domino's is definitely my favorite pizza place. I order from here definitely every time I order hot pizza. My favorite from here is the medium size stuffed crust chicken bacon ranch. So delicious! I'd recommend them to everyone!“
