Don’t go here. Takes 25 minutes to make 3 drinks. Prices vary depending on who makes your drink. Never pay the same even if it’s the same drink. Service is not great, very rude staff.

I was at this location this morning around 6:30 and there were two girls on shift. The first girl quickly made my drink but then left it on the window while taking care of another order. While I was waiting to be rung up, the other girl at the other window started digging through the trash looking for something she threw away. The first girl even told her to put gloves on, but she didn’t and continued digging through the trash. She then grabbed a napkin and brushed her hands off with it and immediately came over to my window to grab payment while simultaneously asking “skinny or big straw”. I asked if she could please wash her hands, since she was JUST digging through the trash before grabbing my straws. She scoffed and walked to the back for ONE second, and then returned to the opposite window to continue making drinks and serving food WITHOUT washing her hands. As a healthcare worker I was very appalled. I come here on a weekly basis but what I saw today was really gross and will be finding a new coffee stand from now on.

I love the Jitterz on NW Blvd in CdA and spend more money than I should there, but this one...skip it. Staff at this location has a hard time prioritizing walk-ups v drive-ups. Common to stand there while car after car passes thru, which is weird considering this one is in a food truck court. Last time, we ordered a bagel and a coffee. 2 things. Four cars passed thru on each side before our coffee was ready, at which point they then realized they forgot the bagel. We left without either.

My wife come here almost Every day sometimes Two times a day. The Lady’s never fail to make it an enjoyable time. They have learned our drinks by the color of our truck or Car.
Excellent selection of drinks and food items, love that they have some outside the box things like the protein drinks and the egg bites when you are eating on the run, usually friendly baristas, the price is you would expect to pay at a coffee shop and excellent locations.

Ordered a prickly pear, and a surprise lotus. Both 32oz lite ice one cup was half full of ice and the other was the normal amount of ice. It was like they messed up the drinks halfway though and started making the surprise inside the prickly pear and and the prickly pear inside the surprise cup. They where nasty. Then I ordered a vanilla chi blended with oat milk with carmel drizzle in the cup. There was no Carmel drizzle. This was 4:00pm ish sat may 3

I am giving this review five stars because of Trinity. She was so helpful and accommodating and got my drinks right which I’m going to be honest doesn’t always happen at this location. However, she was such a delight and so kind that it made an impression on me and I gave a location five stars that I have historically had some issues with ordering at. Everyone’s always been nice and kind here, but definitely asked for Trinity. She is knowledgeable fast and remembers her regulars drinks. Thanks Trinity!
