We had an exceptional breakfast! My son’s breakfast burrito was huge! He couldn’t finish it! (Teenage boy iyk, iyk) my chilaquiles were amazing as well! Stop in sometime!

La Pinata is a restaurant that serves authentic Mexican food. Many customers say it is the best and most authentic Mexican food they have found in CDA. The emphasis is placed where it most benefits customers, in the kitchen and service. The breakfast food is amazing, and the breakfast burrito is huge. The chilaquiles are amazing, and the chilaquiles verdes are so good. The authentic street tacos are especially loved. The salsa is some of the best, and the chips and salsa are great. The atmosphere is a little weird because it used to be an old school diner, but it is worth the stop. The service is friendly. Sometimes it does take a few for food to come out, but other than that, it is a nice relaxed place to eat. The seasonings of the food can be smelled upon walking in, which is a good impression. The salsa is perfect, and more salt can be added based on how you like your salt level. Overall, the food is super authentic and delicious. Highly recommended.
