Only complaint we've had as well as many in our community as it's an older community, is the terminals inside where you can't order from a person, but a machine.

Machines are generally in-accurate and they don't seem to offer exactly the buttons you desire which has been an issue every time for both locations in Kittitas county actually. They have offered assistance over there to take orders, but it's a real bummer seeing the elderly get so confused or have to wait forever to get the time to get help at these terminals.“
