There are a surprising number of exceptionally-run fast food restaurants in the Post Falls area. This is not one of them. Walking in to order, you'll get a definite feel of entitlement. You might stand around for a few minutes with no one acknowledging you. Smiling or being friendly doesn't help. As of this post, there are a couple of employees who seem to be really great, but in general, expect to feel like you're there as an inconvenience. (It comes from the management) The food tastes good, so that makes up for atmosphere. However, if you go through the drive thru, there is a chance they will sell you food, take your money, and then not have the food you ordered. This was the case for me. I asked for a refund. The manager came to the window and said they are cooking new food. I said no thanks, I don't want to wait, and a refund will be just fine. But then the manager became beligerant. I had another round of "exchanges" with him, and it was apparent that he was not going to refund, but angrily wanted to force me to wait while they cooked the food. So I left and they kept the money. It was a small amount to pay to be reminded never to go there again.

Damn this flipping place. Bunch of broccoli and no beef. Drive thru is prioritized while folks standing in line keep standing. Won't return. Horrible experience. Expensive broccoli.

Jaide is a very valuable worker. She was so bubbly and helpful. I can see why she has so many badges on her hat. I was very impressed with the food I got from this location, kudos to the cook.Just one problem, the area where the forks and napkins are kept was a little dusty.

My wife and I go to this Panda Express a couple of times a month. The food is fresh and prepared well. We usually get Super Greens with our meal. When they are low on them, they make a fresh batch right away. The manager we see most frequently is Jaden. He is friendly, humourous, and welcoming each time we see him there. He has always thanked us for coming in. His warmth and attention to order details is why we generally come to this location over other locations in the area.Dietary restrictions: For low-carb eating, I enjoy the Bigger Plate with Super Greens and 3 sides of Teriyaki chicken with no sauce.

I’ve never had a terrible experience here until last night. i have not been able to leave the bathroom due to food poisoning. I hadn’t eaten anything else that day so it’s been narrowed down to this establishment, and it wasn’t just me. I think i have ptsd now and don’t want to go back lol. Going to contact health department.

The food is usually decent, and there aren't many options around here ... that's why we keep going back! The team members are usually nice but they lack personality and most of them don't even seem to like their job. The atmosphere is typically hectic because they stay so busy and clearly short staffed.
