Was in post falls & hungry. Rogers is overall the reliable burger choice in the region. Lots of complaints about the service that I honestly didn’t see. Very fast service through the drive thru, the teenage girl was polite and intelligent. This isn’t the kind of food you’ll get at crafted in downtown CDA for instance but it’s a lot cheaper and comes way faster. I waited maybe 3 minutes at the window for a #1 meal. They cook fresh but fast. Sorry if you had a bad experience...
Menu is straight forward, much like In & Out Burger. Good burgers if you get the double or triple patty. Single is pretty scant, more like a kids burger. Great ice cream and shakes! Kids meals are affordable, but larger burgers are in the teens.

Love the sit down atmosphere here in Post Falls. Unfortunately, the food pales to Rogers in CDA.
Fries extra greasy, not crisp, burger over cooked and shakes really lacked creaminess. The staff were friendly enough and Id like to feel compelled to return and not sure we will.
