Best Mexican food I've found around here and good friendly service been quite a few times and never been disappointed except when they are closed when they're supposed to be open...help is hard to find
We are well travelled and I am from Tucson, Arizona by what I thought was the best Mexican American food there was. However, after trying all the Mexican food restaurants in this area and have found the real best - Toro Viejo. They have real enchiladas and great chimichangas - our favs!Parking is generous as are the sizes of the drinks. we were staying at a nearby motel snd were looking for a convenient place to eat after a long drive. The restaurant was full for a week night and the ambience was good, although the recorded music was rather loud. The staff was cheerful and efficient. Our food came within a few minutes of placing our order and it was hot and tasty. We were happy with our choice and would dine there again.
