Their single malt whiskey is single handedly some of the best whiskey I have ever had. Smooth and easy drinking, no unpleasant aftertaste, just the right mix of bitter and sweet. Way way better than your traditional whiskies sold in liqour stores. I don't know what kind of mash they are using or what secret they have but all it took was one sip on the rocks for me to be hooked. I wish I could find this on the east coast where I'm from. We had a wonderful visit to this distillery. Excellent mead based liquors with great cocktails tucked away in a nice quiet spot. Great service and description of the distilling process.

Cool little spot. Only one bartender working and the place was pretty full so we had to wait a few for drinks, which was a big deal to us, but I could see some not happy with the wait. The drinks were well balanced and tasted good. I wouldn’t say it’s a craft cocktail place but it’s pretty close. Friendly bartender who apologized for the wait. You can by bottles whisky to go. I believe they do a small tour of the distillery but we did not do this.
