had the half rack of ribs and it they were so good.
Zach’s smoke shack was a hit for my whole family! We got the 3 meats on a platter with the slaw and beans. Wow! The housemade sauce was out of this world. Perfect combo of sweet and savory with a little kick! Thank you!! We’ll be back and we’ll be sending anyone who wants some good food your way!!
