incredible food for an amazing price! the sauce is easily the best bbq sauce I have had. phenomenal customer service and you can tell Zach is very passionate about what he does. definitely worth checking out!

Zach’s smoke shack was a hit for my whole family! We got the 3 meats on a platter with the slaw and beans. Wow! The housemade sauce was out of this world. Perfect combo of sweet and savory with a little kick! Thank you!! We’ll be back and we’ll be sending anyone who wants some good food your way!! The customer service was awesome as well!

My daughter lives off cheeseburgers. We are regulars at the post falls Pavillion. One day we were curious and ordered one from the fixx smash burger and one of zachs. She devoured zachs burger. I definitely thought it tasted of a higher quality meat and was cooked perfectly. He was very busy preparing for a wedding, yet still made time to quickly pop out a great burger. This is her new favorite spot.

Im very picky when it comes to baked beans and homemade BBQ sauce but damn, I could devour some of those baked beans. The BBQ sauce was alittle spicy but such good flavor. He was getting ready for a wedding but was still ready to help! Great place will come again!

I used Zach's for my wife's 50th birthday party. The food was amazing he did a great job, all our guests were well fed and happy. I highly recommend him if you're looking for a caterer or just lunch or dinner check him out.

If you haven’t tried Zach’s Smoke Shack you outa give it a try! Such good BBQ. 10/10 would recommend.

Tried a little bit of everything as a bbq lover and connoisseur! The tri tip, pulled pork, mac and cheese, baked beans and pineapple slaw are loaded with flavorand do not disappoint!? Decent prices and good proportions! Had the privilege of meeting the owner, very friendly, humble, and down to earth guy.
I would definitely recommend this place because when I'm up in CDA I will be back? thanks Zach!
