While being chronically underemployed, I find that the restaurant does well. This is the only Chinese place in town and in a 30-mile radius, as well as being family owned for decades.
This is my mom’s favorite restaurant in town. It’s tasty Chinese food (Americanized of course). Great prices and we both LOVE the Mandarin Chicken and Golden Salad on the lunch menu, both for only $6.55 and we usually have plenty to take some home to eat later. Their portions are huge! I also love the Pork fried rice and Tiny Spicy Chicken!
Golden city has been my favorite place to eat in preston for years. The waitresses are all very kind and work hard, the food is made well, and the owner is very nice. Its a very wholesome family owned restaurant.
