As much flack as Polar Bear gets because it is not the same as the original is fair but also unwarranted. The fact of the matter is Polar Bear is not the same as it was 20+ years ago, but the place has a good vibe, friendly staff and great food. Honestly, I wish there was indoor seating, but I do love the outdoor seating, especially in the fall and spring. The burgers are made with high-quality fresh ingredients and taste amazing. The logo on the bun is a nice touch, though...
Our experience with the shift lead (Layla) has been 100% amazing. She went above and beyond to make us feel heard and extremely valued at this location, she treated us with respect and went above and beyond to treat us well. I hope the management does something special for her and the team. 10/21/24
